DeleteIt is not a lie I have a cousin too that is on the same train but it is a contract thing and the contractor's name is 'SOL'. They have complained and been living on hope that their pay would be increased. Its a bitter thing to know others can comfortably live off people and live happily with it. I don't blame them, its d state of the nation, where anything goes and nobody questions it... Not even a single union for the interest of this modern day slavery in Nigeria called contract staffing. Your cousin is not being entirely truthful. He is a contract staff and not employed by Diamond bank directly, but by an outsourcing firm called SOL and they are called direct sales agent. So basically, they pay them the 18k allowance and they earn a commission on whatever they bring.I worked with Diamond Bank up until February so I know. On the contrary Diamond Bank are one of the best paying banks right now. Entry level earns 80k for the first six months and after confirmation, well over 200k. Your cousin is not saying the truth.

He f**ks more than 5 girls in every stream and if you agree to bed him, he makes sure your grades during training are good, and fix you in a good unit and you become a pawn. Most ladies that lands training with diamond bank knows u hv to sleep with lovell to be in his good book and if he can't get u, get ready to battle with your grades and be posted as a marketer that is, if ur meeting with d md was a success.
