I don't usually comment but i was constrained to do so. Laide, i expected you to be better than this being a University graduate! Afterall, Mercy Johnson, Genevieve, Kwam 1 and Sunny Ade do not have tertiary education, yet they have good commands of English. I know it is not our mother tongue but it is the official language. Yoruba actors are always complaining about being sidelined in nollywood and yet they are not ready to brush up to their colleagues' level though some people still stand out (Funke Akindele, Femi Adebayo, Foluke Daramola and a few others). At least, the educated ones should endeavour to improve themselves. Having said that, congrats Laide on the birth of your adorable son. Soooooo cute!!!

After dat stage, ur tongue and d way u speak will b part of u as u matured to adulthood. U can't expect a miracle to happen afterwards. Stop blaming them except u want them to hang themselves,u can equally join them if there command of english pose as a problem to u and ur entire generation. A child dat learns and speaks french at home and in sch will speak better and fluently than an adult dat just started.
