Now that's the sensibly packaged stuff I've seen all day. SAY NO TO CHILD ABUSE makes more sense and carries more weight than this CHILDNOTBRIDE stuff. Let's start by protecting our girls from molestation and rape and forget about the N20 million/month earners in the Senate making or not making rules about marriages of girls that has no real effect in any society. this is the height of crime against humanity. child abuse is a cankerworm that has eaten deep the root of this nation, and all our senators could to eliminate this is buttressing it with this despicable bill against our innocent children. Are we moving forward or backward in this nation? what is the fate these children who are the future leaders of tomorrow? its high time we advocate the right of every girl-child in this nation including the Islamic ones cos they are perishing for lack of education. The so-called senators needs an enlightenment on children's rights and education including the medical implications of early marriage.
