Miss Bayelsa who happens to be very pretty won but there seems to be some kind of outrage that the contest may have been rigged to favour Miss bayelsa who is from the state.
As if to buttress home that a home girl had to win,the governor immediately gave her an official appointment.
Now since people are not satisfied with the new queen......who should have won and why didnt they win?
what do you think was Miss bayelsa's strongest point that fetched her the crown.
And why would the Mbgn organisers handpick their queen before hand?doesnt make sense.
I didnt watch the event on Tv,I compared the pictures and i think Miss Bayelsa is pretty enough to win!

Without much ado miss bayelsa deserved dat crown. She is graceful, witty and intelligent. Its just a coincidence she won. Miss china won miss world while they were the hosting country. What's d big deal.

Eg there one one dat was campainin 4 miss ogun, immediately they announced top 15 and she wasn't there, her pm kept changin to abuses and curses on the organisers callin it ojoro!
Meanwhile d one campaignin 4 miss jigawa was shouting dat her own candidate made it to top 15. Next tin top 5 was called and jigawa dint make it, she immediately changed her pm to abuses and ojoro screams!!
My point is this, no matter who had won, there will still b disgruntled groups for one reason or the oda.
I'm my opinion, she was the most beautiful of dem all! Ppl sayin they made her PA, I'm sure they will give their arms and legs to be the PA to governor even if its 2 b sleepin wit him 3 times a day!

I don't care who wins. What bothers me is the idea of making an 18 year old undergraduate (still in school surel without any form of work experience , neither exposure in tourism and culture), Adviser to the governor. What does she know that she is going to do in the job? I am sure there are countless graduates in bayelsa state much more qualified for the post. It's just not right. What is the governor's aim in giving her that post. If he wanted to appreciate her then he should offer her a gift or something but an official post of this kind is a slap on Bayelsans.
