Domestic Violence Law In Lagos!

Good News Is here!

There is apparently a Law in Lagos state which sends a man to jail for abusing his spouse....yes,the law has been in existence but just coming to the forefront because women are beginning to cry out.

If he beats you, keep all the evidence, take pictures and go to the Police to document the case.......you can go to court and send him to jail!

We are trying to get a copy of the text of this law so as to empower you woman!

The next time you are beaten or strangled...if you make it out alive, the choice is yours to stay or run!

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to the domestic violence diaries on this blog.....people in high places are reading and stamping their feet against it.
Unfortunately, this law only applies in Lagos.

..........Text coming soon.
