Domestic Violence Update On Pastor Who Beats His Wife Every Week.

On October 18,2013 i did a post sent in by a blog visitor who said
''I have a relation in my home right now. She got married to a winners chapel pastor in 2010,the marriage was awesome. The wife got delivered of a bouncing baby boy in 2011 and a baby girl just last month. But alas! She called me around 7am last week Sunday crying that she can no longer bear it, I was shocked. She narrated her story that this her pastor husband has been beating here mercilessly for a very long time . .......
Read the rest of the story and comments here

Its been three long months and i just got a feedback on the dicey situation.
here goes

''I just want to use this medium to say a very big thank you. A lot of winners chapel came to my sis's rescue after a long wait, the husband even swore on the altar that it will never happen again, that he was frustrated because he was the only one fending for the family and all that. Winners chapel has offered her employment, she's to resume by January. But the family said they are giving the husband the last chance. Thank you so much,God bless you real good''

*Thank God for intervening in this situation!

    3. Real Good news.

That man had better have the fear of God.

      Shamelessness in the highest order.

How can he be frustrated by providing for his family???

I won't be surprised if he demands her salary from her.

  4. Thank God.

I hope the pastor keeps to his promised though I doubt that very much. Only a beast beats up a woman, never mind one that just put to bed.

He also sounds lazy. Who's supposed to help him fend for his wife and baby? One child o, if they have 4 kids nko?

Madam, please save your salary o and have backup plans. If he fucks up again, please move.

    2. What liability? Is a man not supposed to be a provider? A fool is a fool. I know a lady who provides and still gets beaten. Don't make excuses for a stupid wife beater jo.

When she starts work and he continues pummelling her, the excuse will be dat its bcos she's working and therefore she doesn't pay attention to d home, She always comes back late, she's sleeping with someone from work, she has abadoned her duties at home, she doesn't respect d man again,,,, blablabla. Should I go on? Abegi, who be fool?

  23. So why get married?

They say the man is the head of the house, but this one is frustrated for heading one known wife and child. You put a woman in the family way and do not want to provide? Who even sponsor that wedding? All these so called pastors that put hand in what they csn not shoulder.

All those that contributed towards the traditionaland white wedding ceremonies should also contribute to the up keeping of the wife snd child.

Madam pastor wife, brace yourself as this is only part one. He will have many more reasons to take out his frustrations on you. Please keep us posted.

Lady if you are reading this, while working things out with him, start saving money when you resume work.Save, save, save like your life depends on it. I sincerely hope and pray he doesnt beat you again but do not let your guard down.

    It is well with you.

  27. A leopard never changes its spots. Now I need help here why do Nigerians in Nigeria and those raised in Nigeria say "resuming" when starting a new job? Please do not use that term in Obodo Oyibo or with non Nigerians if you ever relocate it is not correct. To resume is to go back to something that you had already started so for example if Mrs Pastor commences work in January and then takes a holiday in April when she goes back to work we can then say she is resuming work because she is going back to what she had started but for now the correct terms are "start" "commence" etc or any other term that signifies a beginning.

  39. Some people don't bother reading before they vomit their comment oh! Sho!!! Simple quarrel ke!! An animal who beat up his wife the night she returned from delivering her daughter? And again on the day of the christening, not to talk of the weekly beatings? Plus the bastard who threatened to burn her up with kerosine because she's an orphan and has no one to protect her?!? How does any of the above equate simple quarrel?!? Haba! Don't let me pray that all she has been through is your portion oh! Your kind will be the sort to now run here crying for sympathy and protection!! mtschewwwwwww
My dear poster please, please tell your relation to watch herself oh,and her children, and save her money! A BEAST will always be a BEAST! And it will only take something little to trigger the wild animal inside,so she needs to be ever WATCHFUL. God bless and keep her and her children. Amen.
