She maintained that God will provide for us... Now, we have five (50kg) bags of rice with 7 kegs of groundnut oil and just this morning, she opened a bag and shared it among beggars at the bus stop and she's still insisting she doesn't want to see more than 2 bags in the house. When I reminded her of her 70th birthday next year and the need to keep 2 bags for the occasion, she snapped at me, saying so if people didn't give us rice, won't we celebrate her birthday?
