I think everyone is beautiful in different ways..no one should depend on anyones definition of beautiful.......when God created everyone in his likeness he created everyone beautiful..if you call anyone ugly,you tell God he is ugly.

    SDK,abeg help out. What kind of body cream is good for someone who's dark n has sensitive skin. If I use anything that tones(Complexion Soap or Nivea Fair),I will have patches on my arms. Every other part of me will accept the cream except my arms. Pls help me out.

    No offense taken; i have so many tips that it will take a long time to get it all out on my blog. The Betty Klums tragedy encouraged me to blog my weight loss journey.

    I have lost 4 kg in 7 days i started--- just note this is a marathon not a sprint. my result will always be a result of discipline and healthy lifestyle changes.

    Depending on how many kg you wanna loose.
    First follow today's advice on today's post and keep doing it; then get a FOOD diary to jot down what you eat daily.... next read the post on portion control and implement it. Next do meal replacement with fresh nutritious food/ fruit( 2 ways to do this-----salad and smoothies or juice).

    Replace our cooked meals with this at least 2ce daily...... EXERCISE at for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. every 2 weeks increase the intensity of the exercise.
    If you are not allergic to nuts, cultuvate a love for them.... almond(raw) gnut, cashew , macadamia (raw), pine nuts etc all unsalted.
    my fingers are aching joor.........
