President Jonathan And The 2015 Question - Yes/No No/Yes

Jonathan Ebele Goodluck,Nigeria's sitting President has not declared his intention to re-run for the seat he is sitting on BUT it is possible we will be awoken one day with the news that God told him to buy new shoes and continue ruling over us in 2015.
.

Now my question is...if Jonathan wants to be re-elected would you vote for him?If your answer is yes or no,please give your reasons.well detailed reasons.

If you think Jonathan should be given one last chance to make it right, what would be your advice to him?where did he miss it?how can he get it right?

Is it possible that the devil we know now is better than the unknown?Nigerian politicians are so corrupt and all have hidden agendas and as bad as we may all think Jonathan is right now,i don't see a better choice right now.
All i see is old, tired, recycled politicians playing chess with the economy.

If Jonathan re-runs,what would you do?
Please send the President a short memo because, believe it or not, eyes at the villa read this blog and your contributions will be noted.

*THIS IS NOT AN ADVERT,I AM ONLY TRYING TO ENGAGE INTELLECTUAL MINDS TO FIND A WAY FORWARD.......unserious comments will be ignored in this particular post.LOL

  3. Jonathan is so selfish, he acts as if he is stupid but dt word doesn't exist in his dictionary n am not happy about his tenure, I v no suggestion to make cos I vnt seen anyone capable enough to replace him, those rogues contesting from other camps are not better than Gej in anyway, they are so thirsty for power, fame n money. I wld v loved Jona if he wasn't weak n selfish, all my life I vnt seen were Nigerians were so insulted if not his tenure, he acts as if he was forced to rule Nigeria but as same time using the opportunity to achieve his own selfish motives. Jonathan needs to wake up from slumber if he really wants to come for a second tenure, though my opinion doest count but am not impressed at all.

  4. President GEJ election was God,God choose him to lead the citizens of Nigeria.Election, votes and whatever was used in all election to win were just mere propaganda, he was ordained by God to rule, it was never his intention to be president;God created the opportunity and he swerved in;and thank God so far so good,he is giving his best, but we need much more.
2015 he wants to declare his intentions and that's a different scenerio, because he has1001 reasons why he should not be president again but he also has 1001 reasons why he should be Nigeria's president again, because i often ask my self this question,'who is better than him'?the new pdp's or the new Apc leaders? Gem has done well even with opposition giving him countless reasons to step down but he held his grounds and believes in a new Nigeria, where power supply is 24-7,security,Agriculture amongst all,he might going slow on giving good and visible result but i think he should declare his intentions for 2015,but work, work to make power supply stable before 2015..

  5. Yeah, if Pres. Jonathan were to re-run for the presidency in 2015, I will vote for him. Believe it or not Jonathan is a straight leader, there's not a thing he has said he will do and hasn't done, the only problem with his administration is that he has a lot of opposition mostly coming from the high and mighty. They want to see him fail, ruin his administration not like they could even do better, the people who should support his administration and give him counsel where necessary are the ones fighting him.
Then he should reshuffle his cabinet, because most of his cabinet members have little or no knowledge of their job description, while some others are out to share the national moi-moi... I love pres. Jonathan and God is with his adminisration. Soria Zi'bi

  6. If we need a change, we need a new government..let's allow him complete his second tenure, all the problems we are having now have long been there before he became president..the other leaders including Obasanjo didn't make them right...if since independence we've been battling all dis problems, how can he just make them right within three years...we all should put heads together..i believe one day Nigeria will be good...let's give Goodluck Ebele Johnathan a chance again..so he will make things perfect in our dear country..more energy should be channelled to the health, aviation educational sectors...Also youths should be encouraged and empowered to go into Agriculture as most of dis developed countries..with time and prayers..All must/will be well..Long live Nigeria

  7. I'm disenfranchised so can't vote.

God this, God that, yet things are so fucked up. Take God out of earthly governments because you don't know what these politicians get up to that aren't pleasing to God.

If he runs, he will win. Is it the APC Presidential candidate that will defeat an incumbent President? My fear is that the Northerners in cahoots with OBJ will try to stop that from happening.

I will stil vote for Gej reason been that he is transparent n has vision for this country just that d opposition is giving him tough times but he stood on his grnd n God is still with him. I see this apc as pple that want power, money n fame n also pple that want to b relevant in d affairs of this country even some of them are still dumb n ve nothing to offer. So even if GEJ has not declared of if he eventually delares,he will still ve my vote but I want GEJ to put these oppostion in place by making sure there is constant electricity b4 easter this year cos that's d basic though electricity in some parts of the country has improved but we need it to b constant.

  11. Capital letter NO! NO! NO! Am highly disappointed in him.ever since I was born av never step my foots on voting ground cos I see no reason of wasting my time & blood on useless people. but during JEG election I couldn't believe found mysef der.I so much believed in him .seeing him as GOD sent.some1 dat has tasted poverty, some who no d value of people,some1 who ll transform dis country. but all he could do is to failed his GOD & d people of dis country.in history av never heard a president dat people serving under him control his table.my greatest regret started on (JAN 1 2011) d day our own president brought sorrow & pain to his people and d nation.it was terrible & bad experience.for d boko haram issue I couldn't blame him 4 dat,d problem is from northern people who believe dis country is for dem alone.I pray all people sucking blood in dis country ll never see 2015 as long as my GOD still seating on d highly throne.I always ask myself who can sit on dis seat but I see no better leader in dem expect FASHOLA but can all dis wolfs allow him.I rest my cast and put our beloved country in almighty father hands.

GEJ is not as clueless as we think even if he appears so, i think his problem is selfish interest, he does not want to step on supposedly powerful toes bcos of his 2015 interest... he should focus on a few pertinent sectors like power, health and education and just maybe i will vote for him a second time

  17. GEJ all d way, no other better choice. I don't see y he shld nt go for 2nd tenure, and I knw many Nigerians believe in him more than any other candidate.
My advice is that he reshuffle his cabinet $ ministers, most of them r the ones dragging him all d way down through d mud. They don't carry out any project, just use their offices to embezzle public funds.
He shld also resist d urge to set up committees $ sub-committees, cos they don't contribute anything positive, they just loot money $ waste time $ public resources without result.
He shld also put his eyes down, $ try as much as possible to supervise projects by himself to avoid $ curb corruption $ manage corrupt govt offices.
He shld give room to checks $ balances. Reduce govt policies that discourage investment $ growth. Empower the youths to become productive. Establish facilities to take care of retired $ aged people in d society. Look into d health care system $ education $ other basic needs of man.
I believe Nigeria is a great country $ we all will be alive to enjoy d dividends of democracy in this country, both d rich $ d poor. Tnx.

I can never ever vote Jonathan,he has proven himself weak and incapable of ruling this country.hes a good and gentle man in person(but too gentle for naija, naija needs iron hands!and his weakness for women has made him not be able to curtail all the women in his administration dat are creating issues(Patience,Dieziany and Madam aviation to mention a few).
And his drinking habits,at noon day???which serious person does that?#sigh#inshort he just doesn't take nigeria criously.

    ---------max Lucado--------

Mr President, it is time to turn your back on the orchestra ( your praise singers) and face the crowd. HELP THE CROWD. NIGERIANS.

Yall need to do a case study on how the United Arab Emirates emerged from no where to becoming a shining world leader. Seriously investing in their country and people. Using the same resources (crude oil) to shine through.

The UAE turned a dry, hot, arid desert to one of the best tourist destinations in the world. They are not lacking behind on research, technology or Education. They keep building and never looting.

68% of Nigerias are suffering. Suffering. That is a lot of people sire! A whole lot.

  26. If GEJ declares, I'll definitely vote for him. He is a President with a good heart. Not minding the bad eggs in his Cabinet. As far as I'm concerned, the bunch of failed politicians that have assembled themselves and still searching for their Likes are No Better Options, rather they are self seeking persons prepared to put paid to the continued existence of our Dear Nation. They don't have any ideologies to move this Country forward. I don't have any reason not to Vote for Jonathan, come 2015 if he wishes to re-contest!
