The 'Diva Mum' competition aims to encourage mothers to remain hot and sexy.
Contestants were placed on a specific diet and exercise routine based on their BMI (body mass index).
Rita who won the maiden edition started the competition with a 72KG weight and now weighs 64 KG.
She says the hardest part of the competition was staying without carbohydrate for a whole month ''I usually feel something is wrong if I have not eaten eba in a whole day o but now I can eat whatever i like though,just in the right proportion. Its all about discipline''
Rita was crowned Diva Mum 2013 at a glamorous event at the Sheraton Hotel Abuja in December 2013.
Rita Eghujovbo (Queen Rita) is happily married with 3 children and is the current Head of Station - Hot fm 98.3 Abuja.
The Diva mum contest was organized in Abuja by former former beauty queen Kambili Osadolor Ihema.
She is also an AIT newscaster and publisher of Infiniti Magazine.
