      Pls go for checkup first to be sure you are not preggy. Cos sometime u don't get any signs , secondly are you on any family planing? This too can have effect on ur tummy going bigger. Thridly if u aint preggy and not on any family planing, do atleast 200 sit ups every morning and night u wil get a good result . Also cut down on strachy foods
