Chess Olympiad - An Applause For Nigeria's Representatives.

 These men and women represented Our country Nigeria at the just concluded 41st chess olympiad Tromso Norway 2014. They did well in their groups but were unable to get any medals. However Three of our ladies got their WCM (Women Candidate Masters) titles at the tournament which is a feat for Nigeria and Africa as a whole

    Me I am just super excited this morning.. Climbed the scale and I am 5kg lesser than my initial wait before pregnancy,.. Lost all by baby weight with 5kg extra.. It wasn't easy but damn,I did it..

    Too happy.. Now my families are saying I am self obsessed ..

      Good one fab mum, its good to stay fit my dear. Gone are those days women allow themselves get bloated after just one kid. I'm a mother of 5, the last being just 2months old but believe u me if I dnt tell u, u wount know. Kudos once again, motherhood rocks!!!

      I didn't do anything super outta the ordinary o. Just little treadmille,little sit ups,skipping and avoiding carbohydrates once it was 5pm.. Then ate lots of fruits and vegatables after which most times,I don't feel hungry for that day again..then a lot of water
