Let's make things clear please. Fair and white is not a bleaching cream... they have a list of their ingredients on the cream and on the website. call their PR and u get a solid answer. Dencia's whitenicious doesn't have ingredient list in the cream neither does it have on the website. For fair and white to be in Nigeria it definitely has been endorsed that's why the DG can stand there. Has whitenicious been endorsed? I really am not sure. P.S am not the DG, neither do I work with fair and white because I know that's the next thing some people will say.
