Justina Obi Ejelonu who contracted the Ebola virus while caring for Patrick
Sawyer at the First Consultant Hospital,Obalende where she worked as a nurse has died from complications arising from the disease.

Her Family announced her tragic passge today.


RIP Dearest Justina.

      There's nothing as scary as knowing that one is going to die. Only days ago she expressed immense gratitude to God while she assured her friends that all was well and that she hasn't contracted the virus. Only for her to test positive and die days after. It's best imagined. Her last days must have been hell. Why Mr Sawyer?? why? Talk about hazards on the job, which I am sure there's no death insurance to issue her folks. This is terribly sad. RIP Justina.

    Na wah o. Death finally snatched her. Honestly, those practicing medicine really deserve enough compensation. This ebola has made me become paranoid. Let God just help us. By the way, I read on Lailasblog that a drug will arrive Nigeria today. I hope it's the drug Stella wrote about this morning. A cure is highly needed now. I was meant to visit Agege market today, but when I remembered the patient who was admitted at Orile agege general hospital, I gave myself brain fast fast. Worst still, private hospitals have stopped admitting some set of patients with sicknesses that have fever symptoms. It's really disheartening.
