Words aren't enough to describe what i feel right now. Am happy but again sad. Am happy you are alive and beautiful and glowing for all of us but again am sad that you are getting old. You are strong, bold and fearless. You managed a husband and 5 children, we were never too much for you to carry. Like nurse will always call you "onyema cy", you are a good woman.

Hmmm how time flies by.
Just yesterday i kept malice with you after you scolded me and you gave me the beating of my life for been angry at you. Just yesterday daddy throw both of us out of the house when he found out i had a boyfriend. Lol, you knew nothing about it but you were punished.
Just yesterday we will jist and laugh and gossip on everyone around us. Just yesterday you will make us do our house chores before 8am if we want to enter the parlor to watch bold and beautiful by 8am.
I miss you mummy, i guess its called life, grew up, married and now a mother myself. I pray to God i give my children half of the training you gave us and they will turn out to be good people just the way we all did.

ReplyDeleteI miss my mum,it's been 14yrs.My siblings accuse me of being responsible 4 her death cos of my troubles though she died of a terminal illness.She loved me unconditionally till her very last breath as I did her,this didn't go down well with my siblings.Sometimes I wish she were still here 2 enjoy d fruits of her labour but when I see d sham marriages all my siblings're in,I thank God she's not around 2 witness it.
