Faculty of Law University of Benin just got for the first time a Female President
and they are celebrating it.

The semester resumed,second actually and students came to faculty to be greeted with the news that a lady wanted to vie for the post of president and because it had never happened before,a lot of people had their reservations  and some crossed their hands that she would not win.




 There was however a great turn of events in favour of the girl and when it got to the time for ELECO clearance,she scaled through alone.which means that she was unopposed.
The manifesto was given on 10th September and on 11th September there was election for the position which had more than one candidate.
The result was announced later that day by their faculty dean and alas, Miss Lauretta Ezeugbor was declared the president of LAWSA Uniben.
she and her exco's are yet to be inaugurated.

 Congratulations Lauretta...May your reign be scandal free.

    I'm a student and believe me stella when I say she only won because the clearance fucked the others up. The other candidate had already won sef because of his popularity and humble mien which dis madam doesn't have but the clearance just scattered tins. Maybe he didn't knw d right palms to grease. Anyway,she has won let's just hope tins will change.
