Atiku Tells President Jonathan That He Is The First President To Lose Part Of Nigeria

All Progressives Congress, APC Presidential aspirant, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has again counselled the Federal Government on how to go about prosecuting the war against Boko Haram insurgents, even as the sect becomes more daring by the day. Atiku urged President Goodluck Jonathan to seek international intervention to end the Boko Haram insurgency.

The APC presidential hopeful spoke to Journalists yesterday in Abuja

Atiku appealed to President Jonathan not to cede any part of the country to the insurgents, as according to him, it has never happened in the history of the country.

“The issue is not about insults or attacking people; the issue is that you are the first in the history of Nigeria to lose territories. Nigeria is shrinking; it’s becoming smaller. Go and redeem your record. Are you a competent government? Are you safeguarding the territorial integrity of the country? Boko Haram might have international affiliations; why don’t we allow the world to come and help us?” Abubakar asked. - Dailypost

*I thought we already asked for help and they went back after parambulating the forest and seeing nothing? This boko haram issue i think we should collectively join heads because blaming one person is not the solution at all oooh...this is scary.

    5. @MOI,stop for a second if you will and ask yourself:why would northern politicians decimate their own population when they desperately want power back?

    6. @IdiJuwon you just spoke my mind. I have never seen where a person burns down his own house to frustrate his neighbour. If you truly want to frustrate your neighbour, you'll burn down their own house. But hey! Let's keep taking the lies we're being told as law.

    7. Don't get why everybody is attacking @MOI.
Pls, U guys shld understand that BH is a case of a plan gone awry, either by the North/Muslims. They never anticipated the level it will get to. When they were killing only Christians, so Atiku never saw anything bad in it, now he is screaming 'cos it has hit him too close for comfort. Why has BH not been able to penetrate the Eastern or Western Nigeria??? We all need to pray, 'cos just like the saying goes "in a war, everyone is. A casualty" Boko Haram is turning out to be an alarming war-like situation.

  2. Stella trust me these Apc people fuelled this whole thing juts to lay blames on Jonathan so that people would blame him so much and not vote him back they want the power to return to the north I got this info from a very reliable source. These people Buhari and Atiku and most northern governors and most APC guys are the ones that are behind the terror, its all planned and that's why u see them everyday blaming Jonathan thru the media and yelling him to resign and insulting him to make him feel really bad and faulty before us. U see that is why I am solidly behind Jonathan. This is a serious distraction and planned. Very wicked people

      Delete
    6. @Idijuwon, whether it is Buhari or Ciroma or Atiku that said it, fact remains a norhterner said it, not realising from history that Jonathan is serving a living God. Now they are stuck with a force out of their power, the population that used to be their major bargaining power is being depleted by their own very hands. Too bad! But just like Patience Jonathan cried out: There is God ooo!
And that God is gradually fighting the battle Himself!!! Yes! GEJ will NOT resign, Atiku & Co, deal with it!

  11. I just have to agree with him.
Never has it happened in the history of Nigeria that a rival group will usurp power from the government itself.
__Igbos tried it (Biafran War), they tried real hard! But the NA led by Yakubu Gowon defeated them.

When Shekau, the self-proclaimed leader of BH appeared in his first Youtube video, he said that the mission of BH was to take over Nigeria and establish an Islamic Caliphate that would be governed by the Sharia law...
__ we laughed over it(I laughed over it too) little did we know he foresaw the incompetence of the President and the Nigeria Army.

Today Boko Haram has succeeded in controlling 26 local governments out of the 724 local governments in Nigeria...controlling approximately 2million Nigerians...isn't that the population of some countries?

There is no Nigeria if the government no longer has control of approximately 2mil of its citizens.
_there is no Nigeria, when an 'unknown' flag' is flying high in some territories.
__people are dying everyday...running for their lives.

Intrinsically I'm not a person to be bothered with Nigerian politics but I'm beginning to feel for my fellow Nigerians and mysef!!...the typical Nigerian psyche would display rakish attitudes on issues like this
__ but, we don't know where they would strike next.

You are here in the east and south living a norm life, that is why you type all sought of trash, the truth be told jonathan is a weakling his sight alone pisses me off and be told BH has nothing to do with APC,the people fighting us is America they are the one sponsoring these guys, they are fighting us because of globalisation they know nigeria is a growing by the day and in less 30yrs time all africa country will come to nigeria for everything they need,it all tends to colonisation, that is why I laugh at nigerians running abroad where u are treated like nobody and be told that Ebola didn't generate from anywhere they are the source, when we went to them for the vaccine they said is not for africa but we're amazed at how nigeria could cub it,went to America for ammunition and they turned us down! Abeg the more you look the less you see! Nigeria is a bless nation and der is nothing they can do about it,jonathan should wake up an take drastic decision instead of moving around like a sick toad! I dey vex jor

    ReplyDelete
  20. He is right-jonathan knows those behind this and yet he can't call them to order

There is nothing a president doesn't know.

And bokoharam can never capture the whole of a state-the same way isis can never capture the whole of iraq

This is a phase-and we will surely get over it.

Just that the military has been sabotaged.

To be sincere, the security situation in nigeria has gotten worst in jonathan's tenure.

  28. Jonathan is the commander in chief of our nation.. Blaming those who said they will make the nation ungovernable is nonsensical and absolutely stupid. It is the responsibility of the President to ensure the security of all citizens. Never in the history of nation have our soldiers been humiliated as it is today. In the last 6years the pdp government spent over 30 billion dollars on electricity, today we are generating less than we did in 1999. over 7billion dollars was budgeted for defence this year, yet the military do not have modern hard wares to fight... Sending people to the war front without paying their allowance when due, with Archie equipments is idiotic. I pity those flying religious and southern kites. Am a Catholic Christian from the south-south am not voting for Jonathan.. MAMA B

  29. @MOI well said. God bless you. Atiku can blab for all I care.
75 percent of the so called forces
