Mariana Dike's New Short-Film "5PM" Trailer





"5 PM"
(Short-Film)
5PM is a 30 minutes 6-cast member Romantic Comedy drama that affects
the relationship lives of young adults and youths of today, with
sources of laughter in it.
Shot with an unconventional style, the film was produced and filmed in
different parts of Lagos, Nigeria with every touch of professionalism
in mind by young and vibrant talents and meeting up to par with other
films from international communities.
And it promises to be worth the while and utmost thrilling.


SYNOPSIS:
With all odds against James and his constant battles on deciding
whether to listen to his guardian Angel or his innermost Demons who
are fighting to win.
James stands a chance of losing his longtime relationship with his
partner (Gina) who threatens to leave him within a specific time
except he proposes.


The fight between Good and Evil continues as time runs out for James.



5PM was directed by the Talented Rapper cum Cinematographer Young
Pizzy. Who so far has shot some music videos, a TV commercial for MTN
and a documentary for Diamond bank.
While presently absent in the music scene, this budding talent decided
to experiment on filmmaking and 5PM is the result.


And it was produced by newly re-branded singer/actress Mariana Dike,
who was formally known as COCO, whose last single “Emi gan gan”
featured rapper Vector.


She also starred in the film as the female lead actress, with “Tinsel”
and “Two Sides of a Coin” actor Jeremiah Hussein as the male lead
actor who’s also a top model that has graced many TV commercials and
runways.
Also starred in the film is rapper Kid Marley and Coca-Cola model Ayo
Animashaun.
5PM is a BlackAce Raw Films/Audio Nigeria Multimedia production slated

to be screened and released This December.
