Ms Stella, I have an idea on how you should be publishing the RC and know the people who loaded it:
ReplyDeleteDon't write out the last 4 digits.
Ask anybody that sees it FIRST, should comment with his or her email attached. While moderating comments, you will know who saw it first by the TIME of commenting and send the remaining digits to the person box, and he or she must confirm before deleting the used card. This way, you will curb ghost commenters from taking cards meant for your loyal readers.
