PROBLEM ONE
SUDDEN HORRIBLE ACNE
Please I'd love if you help me ask doctors in the house a treatment for sudden acne outbreak. This acne is also itching me badly. My face was never like this.
I have used so many things on this face including the honey recipe.

Its either acne from sudden menopause or you are reacting from bleaching product gone wrong....i said bleaching product gone wrong cos in the pic you didnt want me to post where your skin appeared lighter,it is obvious from the pic that you toned it to a lighter shade.

D rubbish suddenly appeared 3months bf the proposed 'Ime ego'. Do u knw what happened? This dude stylishly discharged d marriage I thought it was a joke. He said we should postpone it since my face was that bad. He travelled back to his base n never called me. I met several dermatologist when he was around d face remained korokoro. A month after dude left, d whole thing disappeared like dey did 'pium' Az in, my face came back to originality lol! This dude had married 3chics n lives with none today. I got married d next year to the best man on earth, blessed with kids. I really can't say, maybe God wanted d best for me by bringing d korokoro at that time taking d Yankee dude to his heels.

DeleteStop eating or eat less of oily food and do lots of fruits,detoxify by eating only fruits for straight two/three days.
Mine used to be worse than this,I started applying aloe Vera gel(the gel.inside the leaf),I planted it in my compound so it was fresh. I used it on my face every night,reduced my intake of fats and oil,started exercising, in fact doing all that took my mind away from always pinching my face,before I knew what was happening,it was cleared.I never used to go out without makeup, but now I can go months without a single day of applying makeup. If you can,also avoid make up or rather heavy ones during this period of using aloe Vera.if possible,eat the inside of aloe Vera too(d gel)..
That's all I did.wish I could show u my pictures of before and now,u will be thankful that urs is this way.
Also I used astringent cleanser,the pink/orange one after bathing at night before applying aloe Vera.
In the morning when I have to go to work,I only clean my face with the astringent and on rare occasion also apply d gel too.
Sorry about ur acne OK,sometimes u would feel people admiring you are actually looking in disbelief at ur acne and not your face.I felt so too.

Please go to acne.org, you will be happy you did. I passed through something like this some months ago, and when I had lost all hope, I stumbled on this site. U will find a regimen there and consistency is key.
DeleteIn addition to this regimen, wash your pillow cases weekly, use a different towel for face and body, use a mild soap like sebamed for the face, always use warm water at least 3 times daily, and sleep, yes, sleep at least 6-8 hours every night.
But please, the regimen involves using benzoyl peroxide, try to get the original 5% is preferable and stock up on it. All the best and be patient with it, mine took a month to clear up and you have to continue using it.

ReplyDeleteSo terrible, a friend once told me about using urine as facial cleanser to get rid of acne.this may sound odd but She did it and it worked for her. Use cotton Wool and clean your face with urine before taking your bath in the morning. Though i ve never done it before cos i dont have acne but if you can do it, i belive there will be a change. Here are few tips to help, hope it works for you
ReplyDeleteDo not wash affected areas of skin more than twice a day. Frequent washing can irritate the skin and make symptoms worse.
Wash the affected area with a mild soap or cleanser and lukewarm water. Very hot or cold water can make acne worse.
Don't try to "clean out" blackheads or squeeze spots. This can make them worse and cause permanent scarring.
Avoid using too much make-up and cosmetics. Use water-based products that are described as non-comedogenic (this means the product is less likely to block the pores in your skin).
Completely remove make-up before going to bed.
I hear coconut oil helps too.

ReplyDeleteI once had the same problem after I stopped using my bleaching cream back in university. I tried every single thing but nothing worked till someone told me to try neomedrol. It worked. It dried up the acne I had and stopped more from coming out. I had black spots afterwards but they faded with time.

This is not not normal acne it is a reaction that is caused by the skin absorbing products into the blood stream you better go to a dermatologist they need to give you high antibiotics and give you some antibiotic ointment to kill the issue from the root. ReplyDeleteSee a dermatologist. Easy on make up use. At the end of each day, take a shower and also use a wash cloth to wash your face thoroughly with a mild soap like dove. You can also use a make up remover afterwards.

In london u have to get a prescription for this medication. the 50g is about 5-6k naira. pls do urself a favour in get it.

When we get to puberty and adulthood, our body especially our face begins to produce oil, so when dirt block or clog the pores on the skin where this oils pass through, that's what cause pimples, so in trying to get rid of them, when you press them with your hands, germs enter it which in turn causes black head or black spot or acne.
ReplyDeleteSo the cure it, always make sure your face is clean wash your face at least once a day and always use face cleanser at least once a day and try to resist the temptation of pressing the pimples, infact stop pressing it. I am speaking from experience, I use to have very giant pimples on my face before, but they'll all gone now including the spots courtesy of this methods or tips I just gave you.

A dermatologist seems to be the only solution or else this face will soon turn to Leather. Once the right treatment is dispensed, this patient needs to stay away from Oyingbo market. I use to have pimples like this, wash your face as many times as possible during the day, leave your face dry most times without applying cream, after the one you used in the morning.
ReplyDeleteAvoid touching your face frequently. Then buy Doxycycline tablet 400mg use one tab twice daily and get ciprofloxacin 500mg use one daily for 7 days.
Apply Endix G cream or skineal cream. Do this religiously for 2 weeks and check if there won't be changes.
It worked for me, hope it works for you too.
Skineal cream used to be good, but no more original one's in the market.
DeletePoster, seriously I suddenly developed some huge ass pimples in the last 8 months or so... I did a number of things, I don't know which worked but there's been no new pimples in the last 2 weeks..
-. Go to a pharmacy they ll give yu Altargo ointment, B.P. Cort cream together with sme tabs, yu can buy clean-cap gel too to always apply so stop u frm touching ur face. Wash yur face with Ache removal wash by neutrogena. Once in a while use lemon juice,. The spots won't clear off but the pimples will Stop popping out every day.
Stella is correct, cos mine had to do with hormones and bleaching creams ( which I am guilty of) . Use a seperate towel for your face and steam when you can. Avoid oily food for now too. I still have the pimples spots, hopefully I will get something to get rid of the spots.
Stuff like dis was on my face b4,i tried everytin bt to no avail,until i used epiderm cream twice daily, took antibiotics for a week nd my face became fresh bck within one week.

Try Tetralysal tablet one morning one night for one month. if you cant get it use Erythromycin 750mg
Apply Epiduo cream or Duac every night. (one of them o not both) don't use during the day pls.
If you are in Lagos, go to Fifi the moon in VI and buy Acne cleanser, Sulphur soap, Crab soap she will tell you how to apply them.
when your acne is clear,buy her flawless face cream and apply to clear your spot. please refrain from picking your acne so that your spots will not be worse when they clear. that almost happened to me.

Babes 1st of all u've got to pause on ya make up now. Mild soap 4 bathing, no cream of any type on ya face. Then get to the market, buy Aspirin tablet say 4 #100 worth then u can start up by mixing 3 tablets of aspirin wit wota on ya hand if u hv honey u can add to it then apply it on ya face, wait 4 25 mins then u wash off wit warm wota. Do it once evry day mostly @ nyt. U re suffering 4rm a cream reaction. Goodluck. Chyco.

Dear anonymous, let me apologise, hmmm I was shocked when you wrote aspirin, but I just saw you meant , she should rub it topically. Aspirin is non-steroidal anti inflammatory , it precipitates asthmatic attack, and excess use can result in bleeding, most taking by people heart disorders to prevent an emboli resulting from blood cloth, I was upset when you mentioned it, thought u wanted her to take it orally

DeleteMight be hormonal. Stress related. So, if you have been through stress past 2 weeks, might explain it. It will disappear whithin 6 weeks thats if it's not from bleaching. Stop stressing cause it will just make it worse

ReplyDeleteSorry dear, I once had it this bad from 2010-2012 and I didn't use any bleaching cream, am almost darker than Nupita. I just woke up one morning and had this nasty break out, It killed my self esteem for those yrs. I used everything I was told, nothing worked. But 2yrs ago someone introduced me to this very cheap stuff, I doubted it's potency but it worked like magic. I went from having a scary face to having a clear face in 3wks. If you live in lagos am sure it will be easy to get, the name is Authentic Herbal cream and it is sold for N50 (yes it is that cheap but it works very well) . I have introduced it to a few people and it worked for them. If you want it and can't get it, please let me know under my post and I will buy it for you.

ReplyDeleteI heard acne like d one on your face. Most people expect a two days solution, when they don't see any improvement within two days they stop using the product.
ReplyDeleteI will advice you wash your face twice daily(morning and at night) with Dettol soap.
use either NEUTROGENA deep clean invigorating daily scrub or CLEAN CLEAR acne scrub
Use CLEAN CLEAR blackhead clearing clearing after scrubbing your face
use NEUTROGENA visibly clear scrub to gradually clear our the spot.
It will get worse before it get better(from experience) but don't stop using the product.
If u notice that your face is drying up, you can apply little moisturiser on your face (I recommend coco grow).
Please buy the original product, u can buy from a pharmacy or good malls. Maybe you can try medplus. I buy my facial product before coming to Nigeria for holidays to avoid buying fake. Buy only in a pharmacy.
remember it will get worse before its get better. Just continue your daily facial routine. One more thing stop powder, it will block your pores. At least until you start to see result. Lena.

ReplyDeleteThe aspirin therapy does work. It's meant a believe to be a short term solution. In your spare time, utilise Google and see what doctors, therapists and alternative medical practitioners have to say about it.
Perhaps you can share from your abundant wealth of knowledge without being so insulting.
For someone who makes subtle claims to be in the medical practice, it may help you.
Poster, for what you got going on there, you need to see a dermatologist NOW. If you had friends like mine, you wouldn't even be out without a mask.

ReplyDeleteLol! I was once in your shoes and I damn know how you feel. Immediately I landed the white man's country I ran straight to the GP and was placed on antibiotics for three months. (Omoh the thing no work oh) my Gp then referred me to the teaching hospital and i saw a Dermatologist. My smiles started. #myteethbeginshinewell. I was placed on isotretinoin for 7 months! ( started with little doses) the side effect is crazy but not deadly. You have to be monitored monthly ( blood level, cholesterol, pregnancy test) you can't get pregnant within your treatment period and 6 months after your treatment cos the medication affects the fetus. Am well built (am tall) so my side effects were my joints, dry skin, cracked lips, high skin pigmentation. Don't know if they have such medication here cos I believe that's the last solution to acne though. In essence, go see a dermatologist. #my acne is gone

My dear I have passed through same,yours is better but listen,stop every food containing fat,for example groundnut run away from it,cashew nut dnt even near it,mayonnaise for salad inshort salad generally dnt taste it,fried stew just put little in ur rice ,dis hausa suya with that red thing smeared on its body dnt even look at it,avocado pear ,butter let them be your worst enemy. Get neutrogena Clear pores astringent use it to clean your face regularly,after cleaning apply White extreme 3D deep whitening anti wrinkle cream (day spf) After every must have cleared just start using Baby face cleanser is very mild,after cleaning apply white extreme express then your face will look like that of a new born. ReplyDeletei had similar acne issues but not this worse, i tried everythg chemical and some natural but nothing worked.
i had to go online to research natural remedy and lo and behold i tried out the Lemon therapy, i pressed and bottled it and used it only at nights and wit time it worked like magic. also i got lime cut it into halves pressed and threw it in my bathing water cos i understand it has to do with the inner oily system, i still do these remedy till date and i can honestly tell you that it works.

She is not reacting to any bleaching product. It happened to me 2 times. It's an allergy i realised mine was one red yeast coffee i used to drink. well u have to be patient to treat this. Ur skin is dirty underneath dats why it itches. You have to start ur facials ASAP cus u need extract. One grace in Ikeja treated mine cus she's a good extractor. Her number is 08032724055. You will be amazed at what will come out of ur face. But be patient it takes time to heal. U will be just fine dear. Pray about it too.
ReplyDeletePoster. We are in the same club. I've suffered acne for years and have had breakouts this terrible. I thought using cleansers and all that stuff would help. It only made it worse. I totally agree with the people who've said to just leave the face.
ReplyDeleteOnly Wash with a VERY MILD facewash morning and evening. Please don't use any kind of soap. The Olay brand has very good mild products. Make sure it contains salycylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, not above 2%. Contrary to popular opinion, acne prone skin reacts better to mild treatments.
Better still, if you have the money and can find it where you live, go for what i'd call the best treatment for acne. PROACTIV! It saved my life. You can also ask sb who lives in the US to buy it for you. It is very good. It worked for me and my 2 sisters and we had terrible acne. Now our faces are clear.
