A neighbour of mine harvested large tubers of yams from his farm.. I hv been thinking of giving out to those who will need them. .. His yams are very afdordable.. Her husband sent her away from the house in January and settled down with another woman he had an affair with before marrying my sister (her story is a topic for the chronicle). She has three kids. I was able to get her a room apartment and started a road side yam roasting business for her. She feeds and pays her children's school fees from there.
She is depending on God, me and people like you for this Christmas. I have not been paid my salary since May (7 months). I work in a private organization and there is no hope of payment this December. I'm just enduring till January to look for something else. I don't even know how to manage myself talk more my younger sister and it breaks my heart.
I'm writing on her behalf because she does not have access to this platform. She is just so unlucky. She depended on her husband for everything and got the shocker of her life when she was kicked out with nothing (except her children).

There is no salary and you are only paid based on commission. You transport yourself, make calls and even feed from your purse. So I decided there is no point continuing cos I went home for close to 4 months with nothing. I wish Santa would give me a job. This is Christmas, I wish I was working would have given my mum and mum - in- law something for Christmas. And even get something for my son. I don't want to depend too much on hubby. This includes wedding program Printer, drink seller, Rice seller n photographer. Their calls and harassments have made our honeymoon miserable.
