Please my fellow bv's is garri gud for dieting? I went to see my lawyer few days ago and d guy was asking me if I was expecting a baby can u guys imagine oooo my friends keeps telling me dat I added weight and I didn't believe dem not until my lawyer ask me dat question. Am so depressed right now. .. a friend of mine ask me to always drink garri in d morning den in d evening I should eat one pack of indomie for one month and alot of fruits too. Donno if drinking garri everyday is gud for health but I ve been taking it for d past 4days now. Jst wanna know if am doing d right thing.

DeleteDrink lots of water 1st thing in the morning before you brush your teeth. Like 4 glasses. Eat more of fruits, vegetables, protein and fiber.
Drink a glass of water some minutes before every meal, it helps to fill you up and reduce your appetite.
Learn portion control. Dish out your food in a small plate, that way you'll be forced to dish out little. Chew slowly when eating. Avoid going for 2nd rounds after eating instead drink more water. Avoid eating anything once it's 6 pm.
Drink lots of water, more water and even more water...
Inshort snack on water, LOL.
Stop all junk foods.
I'm very serious oh.
Then try to exercise no matter how little. Even if it's skipping in your compound.
Do Al these consistently for 2 weeks, then come back and thank me, hehehehe!

DeleteNne, garri nd indomie should not enter your mouth for at least one month. They are high in calories and dey ll only make u fatter.
Do fruits and vegetables like garden egg, cabbage, spinach etc for breakfast nd dinner. Take more of proteins and complex carbs like brown rice with vegetables for lunch. Put in a minimum of 30 mins exercise at least 5 days a week. Follow these directive, and in one month, come here nd thank me.

I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. Drinking garry ke? I don't know about that. it is not easy but when people see my well toned skin and ask what i do then i know it is worth it. the greatest benefit of exercise is that it slows down the ageing process . Trust MOI.

I cant count how many times he has owed teachers without paying + the RSSDA scholarship students that he has put through hell due to non-payment of fees and allowances for months (This is not fiction at all my 2 cousins are among them). You can't place two aggressive pple side by side and expect good result. When I saw the 'supposed' list of VPs, I told my neighbour none on that list will make it.

So all these aforementioned will get a compensating post should Buhari wins.
