    4. Even the economy of Japan (and the Yen is higher than the dollars) is at its worst. The Uk economy is also struggling. So pls,GEJ isn't the reason for the collapse of the Nig Economy. Afterall, international reports says we've overtaken SA to be the best in Africa.
I swear,i wonder what Nig want from GEJ. Is he ur LG chairman or ur Traditional ruler or ur Senator Representing ur constituency or ur State governor or ur State House Rep? None of you is blaming all these people who are ur state leaders and owe u directly. It's only GEJ cos he's the only one who contested election in the whole of 2011?
U Nig are killing the economy and wanna blame GEJ. You buy pant £1 in primax,u come and sell in Nig for N5000. Is £1=N5000? Abi iits GEJ's fault abi?
Vote who u wanna vote but don't blame GEJ for Nig's problems. Afterall OBJ was planning on a 3rd term and the cost of petrol went up 3times yet he's the same man rating GEJ as if his regime was any better.
Nig is made up of 36states. If ur state isn't developing, blame ur state leaders. They were voted in too by you.

    9. Really? So is the Nigerian economy of the same structure as the UK and the US? What about countries like the UAE and Botswana that thrived in the last 7 years? Are you saying that all the corruption, oil theft, terrorism should be compared to other nations with electricity and good roads and then swept aside? Anyone who has spent up to 6 months in a developed nation can tell you what Nigeria's problem is.

    12. Anon 20:50, i thank you for this. But I'll go a step further and blame the lack of development on Nigerians. We just shout we want change but it's never skin deep. We still bribe police, jump queues, drive like monkeys, bypass Nepal cables, drink n drive. Kill corruption they shout, we are the corrupt Nigerians that figures indicate. Until our behavior changes, nigeria, my motherland will never grow. Matter of fact, no body can do better than gej is doing right now because we have truly become un-ruleable. Leaders need good followers and Nigerians don't follow

      Delete
    13. People who buy pant in the UK to sell in Nigeria did not trek to UK. The bulk stops at GEJ' desk simply because he is the C in C. You have not overtaken SA in anything but corruption and terrorism. Stop fooling yourselves. Nigeria is a failed state. Jonathan scored f9 in 6 years.

    14. Your analysis lacks any kind of depth and i see people say a billion likes for this. Smh for una o

Nigerians, are we too lazy to think? or look beyond ethnicity and religion to vote out a leader who has obviously and clearly failed in his role as president of a nation.
Is he not overall responsibile for the welfare of the country which he leads or putting down the right framework and providing the right leadership for the local governments and governors to function right.

Please i would prefer to read from you..how the GEJ administration has contributed positively to economy of Nigeria..and the development of the country. . Also tell us how he intends to move ua forward till 2019. The fact that you are comparing him favorably to economies which are witnessing downturns perhaps shows a lack of very meaningful positives his administration has achieved.

PS. Nigeria overtaking South Africa as the largest economy in Africa has nothing or very little to do with the Jonathan administration. Nigeria's GDP was rebased (you can read more on this on google).

But what baffles me in Nigeria is, if you decide to count the number of people who had their Voters' cards ready for the elections, they might be less than 50% of the crowd. That's Voters apathy. Many Nigerians no longer have interest in voting, so how do we choose the right person? No matter how much u support a candidate, you havn't done anything for that candidate until you cast your vote. #SHIKENA! so abeg forget crowd. Lest I forget, the mamooth crowd means nothing a lot of them do not have their PVC so of what use is their support? Just causing hold up abi na traffic(whichever suits you)
The mamooth crowd also is shameful and goes a long way to show that the government has failed to deliver on their promises, how many able bodied youth who have decent jobs will set out and go for a rally? It goes to show that joblessness has eaten deep into the fabric of our society that we see this type of turnout as an achievement and not sometime to be wept over.

In all may the best man win.

    1. I laugh in swahili. If GEJ is so sure of himself, he doesnt need to make his campaign by pointing out the shortcomings of his opponents, he should rather campaign by telling us his achievements in d last six years. By mentioning Buhari's name every now and then, he is giving Nigerians the impression that man is giving him a tough time and at the same time he is helping to register Buhari's name more on people's mind.
OK, Buhari only built prisons in his time....did GEJ ever do rehabilitation works in these prisons throughout his tenure abi the prisons are still in a good state ever since Buhari built them?
All i see is a drowning man, trying to hold on to someone or something to survive or drown with him. His opinions dont count anymore, the people have a mind of their own. The campaign he did in Abuja last year was terrible....so he only did a good job to hire so many on-lookers in Lagos. We all know Lagosians sabi look well well.

  59. My cousin is a PDP member and came all the way from Ekiti. People were mobilized from all over. It is called politics. Let your conscience judge you
If indeed GEJ has done well. People come here to scream GEJ till 2019, but you are still hungry and broke and rush recharge cards like indomie noodles on this platform. By the end of 2015, you may not even have money to buy data. PHCN is going to increase tarrif im April and still we dont get power. Na wah for una. 62. Madam Stella.. It is clear to us that you support GEJ and Linda Ikeji supports Buhari..

So abeg you people should cut the c**p of saying.. "you are not supporting APC or PDP". Save that part of the story for the Gods.

Please feel free to support your preferred candidates and articulately tell us Y. stop sitting on the fence. Even Oprah Winfrey openly endorsed Obama administration. So kini big deal?
