Abeg make oranges(especially the roughage) your friend.

      Delete
    3. Apart from oranges, please take water after meal. We can't ignore the importance of water in digestion. For constipation: take 1/2 teaspoon castor oil before meal. One hour later, you are on your way to OFFLOAD. This cleanses your bowel as well. I take it when I need to cleanse my intestine. You can get castor oil from any pharmacy for #300-450.

      Delete
    4. In addition, do not take any meal before or after taking the castor oil till you are done offloading and you will spend some time in the rest room as the urge to offload will come at intervals. Make sure you aren't too far from the restroom. Take care.

I quarrelled wit one of my close friends few months ago cos according to her she "doesn't go to salons owned by Yoruba ladies in ikeja". But she can go to d ones owned by Ghanaian lady on glover in ikoyi. Na wa o.
My advice to young mothers on here, if u
a)give birth to ur child in d east
b)let her attend primary school in d east
    c)secondary in d west
    d)university in d north
e)youth service in d south-south. So he or she will know NIGERIA.
o gini budu ife nka.(Wat is all these?)
Graduates can't relate wit fellow Nigerians cos they ar yoruba or hausa. Make una go turn d back of una Certificates read d message there abeg. God help all of una oo.
