Edo State Government has declared today Wednesday, 1 April, 2015, a public holiday to celebrate the victory of APC candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, in the just concluded 2015 Presidential election.
According to the press statement, issued and signed by Mr. Peter Okhiria, Chief Press Secretary to Governor Adams Oshiomhole, the state Governor, Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole invites people of the state to a victory party which will hold at the Oba Ovoranmwen Square, Benin City starting from 3:00pm on Wednesday, 1 April.
Top artistes, including Davido, Patoranking, Osayomore Joseph, Young Bolivia, and others, are set to perform at the victory party.
