Hello Docs!

STUBBORN RASHES

Dear Aunty Stella,
I want to say thank you for giving us this platform to seek help and solve our everyday issues. Please, i desperately need advise from the doctors in the house.I am a young girl of 27,I have always had issue of rashes on my buttocks. It sometimes comes and after a while goes off,at times too it leaves dark spot on my buttocks.Ordinarily you would think is as a result of hygiene but that's not the case as am extremely neat.

At home i don't share toilet with anyone,I am always conscious of it being neat and my undies as well.I don't use anyhow toilets but still this happens to me from time to time. I have tried applying anti bacterial cream but really it has not been effective.I see people that are even very careless with neat buttocks yet with all my efforts am still battling with that.

Please does anyone know what the problem is as i would like to treat it.Its really embarrassing as i can't even undress freely if at all. Please post,i really need help.Thank you

  7. Just buy Visita plus or skineal to rub on it. The rashes will stop. Though skin type differs but for me it works cos most times I experience such mostly during my monthly stuff when u pad up and air won't penetrate. Again when ever u r home, u can stay without panties cos that place needs to breath.

  49. That craw- craw, (' come no go ' as they call it in Cameroon) might be a fungal rash, very difficult to treat.. Antibacterial cream will not work, wrong treatment. See a Doctor ask or recommend he prescribes oral & topical antifungal treatment. (NO fear your Doctor, u can research stuff and discuss treatment possibilities. Doctors are not God. It is by the special grace of God that they come up with the right diagnosis & appropriate treatment.) Oral antifungal to treat it from inside, ie from your blood;, topical can be in the form of ointments or cream that you will rub or apply to the affected area.
    Goodluck.
