Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, to be honoured by his alma mater, Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State with the degree of Doctor of Science (honoris causa) at a Special Convocation Ceremony today.
The award conferment which will be graced by the Governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomhole will take place today ( Thursday June 11, 2015), by 11am at the Loveworld Multipurpose Hall.
The honorary degree was awarded to Pastor Oyakhilome who is the President, Believers Loveworld (aka Christ Embassy) during the university's 19th Convocation ceremony which held in April this year.
The clergyman was however unavoidably absent at the last convocation, due to an already scheduled global conference, hence the decision of the university governing council that a special convocation be organised, according to the university's vice chancellor, Prof Cordelia Agbebaku.
Congrats to him!!!
