According to Stella Dimoko Korkus' sources Hon.Abiri Dabiri is still blowing HOT over her name being published Yesterday as Director of a company 'Thriller Endeavours' which owes N122M to Diamond Bank....
The enraged Hon has written Letters to Punch and Diamond Bank but there has been no public apology so far.....
Stella Dimoko Korkus' sources confirm that ''She is set both but I do not know if it is in a seperate or joint suit but her team of Lawyers are already on it''.
According to reports,Investigations at CAC shows that Dabiri Erewa's name was not on CTC of board of directors of The company 'Thriller Endeavours' owing N122m to Diamond Bank.
So how did she get listed as a director of the company?
How could Diamond bank have granted a loan since 2008 to a company to be repaid in 2009 and how could it have became a bad loan and never communicated with an allegedly listed director of the company?

Diamond bank on their part would have retracted it and apologised. I have a Company and I have secured funds from bank before. Your name cannot appear there if you have nothing to do with it. Before a corporate account is opened the bank will sight the CAC docs. I saw one lame letter she wrote to punch. The Abike I know would have drawn hell if her name is not listed amongst the directors. Moreso the banks would have been talking to them before they finally published the name. She is owing pure and simple. We are set for a Tom & Jerry live cartoon in Nigeria just watch

They never said you are the Managing Director of the said company... You can never tell
The lawyers that are currently conducting the search from cac should provide names of other directors on the form 02 & 07
Next you can release a press statement if you so desire to the public

ReplyDeleteWell, at the point of opening a corporate account, the bank employs a legal firm to conduct a search and give their report. This is to confirm if the directors listed on the CAC documents submitted are 'original'.
I don't think Diamond Bank will publish her name 'mistakenly'.
