      Looks to me the 1st initial used the American date format month/day/year. The 2nd person simple used the 9ja/British format day/month/year. Both initials were in August 2015.

      Either ways it is still wrong you cant request a letter dated 20th August to be treated on 9th August which precedes the date the letter was issued. ....I too know no allow you use your head.

    8/9/15 may not be a date. It may be file number. However if it is date the person is writing, then he must be on drugs, might be drunk, or on top of an illegal fuck and so wants to finish before the time to go and meet legal fuck. Whichever those that rulevus at all levels are the most morally bankrupt. This makes the document in valid in court and any problem arising therefrom would be treated as lack of proper evidence. The person that leaked this must have seen alot

      They all have emails. The problem we face in the civil service is simple; no email is admissible as official document so a lot of these communications have to be done by paper. At my establishment, we have adopted "advance copy" by email to speed up work while proper documentation (hard copy) still goes thru the normal route.

    When you don't understand something you ask for clarifications. The letter was written on 20th of August. Approved on 25th of August and to be treated during their seating on 8th of September. Hope it's clear to you now.
