A brief handover ceremony was held today at the NNPC headquarters in Abuja and Dr Kachikwu (Right) is pictured collecting the handover note from his predecessor Joseph Dawha..
Dr Kachikwu officially took over at 3pm Nigerian time on Tuesday August 4,2015.
