    3. I dont think bodies of crash victims are always released like that. For insurance purpose, dna and autopsy have 5o be carried out before the body is released for burial

  2. I hope those concerned get to read it and expedite action. Enough of this tarnishing of our country's image.

    1. He's to bbe buried today. Maybe it's just that of the American pilot that has not been released

But it's stated there that they are waiting for a certain report. They should know that there are procedures when things like this happens.

  9. When they want to do the right thing, we complain.

When they don't do the right thing, we complain.

We r a bunch of confused people. Our processes are not the same with that of America so madam, grieve but let us do our work.

    Haba.

  13. Why do we educated or is it enlightened Nigerians behave like dumb illiterates and get so emotional about stuff.

People should read up about Aircraft Accident investigations. It clearly takes time for the bodies of the Pilots to be released. It is all part of eh investigations. They'd need to know more about them than the passengers.

Google is there to see what happens as regards other accident investigations in US as well. Haba! Would POTUS order the release of the bodies!?

  14. Stella if u ask me, who will I ask. They should release their bodies to their families to bury in peace. Why add to their grieve.

May God console their loved ones.

  16. There's an American Embassy in Naija, so what's all these about ' refusing to release the bodies' ? They will or are handling it. Americans are known not to leave their dead behind. Even if it just ashes or the charred carcass of a deceased Yankee.

So those on Twitter spewing rubbish about Lagos gov't & Naija are just .......hmmm, don't even how to describe them since they are mourning. Don't want to insensitive towards their grief. Grief can make a wise person go kolo mental. My condolence to them anyways.

  18. sometimes I worry about the Nigeria of the future! with stupid comments I see.
There are various investigations and reports that need to be done before crash victims are released especially the pilot. the coroner's report, toxicology on the body etc... to prevent future occurrence if it were a human error. insurance sef go do him own sooooo go get enlightened peeps!

  19. Anonymous 14:04, please whose body was in the coffin at SPC? I ask cos there's no way a catholic family would bury an empty casket just so as to please anybody. Let's stop peddling rumours, thanks. If in doubt, I have pix of the coffin being carried out
