On Aug 2, 2015, Nollywood Actress ‘Uche Jombo’ and Husband Kenney Rodriguez had a baby dedication for son,Matthew Rodriguez at Praise Fellowship Church, Houston, TX which was anchored by Pastor Domini Dompreh.
On Aug 2, 2015, Nollywood Actress ‘Uche Jombo’ and Husband Kenney Rodriguez had a baby dedication for son,Matthew Rodriguez at Praise Fellowship Church, Houston, TX which was anchored by Pastor Domini Dompreh.
We also learned that their new-born beautiful baby’s full name is Matthew Kenney Chinedu Rodriguez, and seeing Uche and Kenney beaming with smiles of joy at their son’s dedication, we can definitely confirm that they are both enjoying parenthood.

DeleteOMG. I started mine this morning o. I boiled the lemon and ginger last night as instructed. Then I left it overnight but took half a glass earlier, the taste though...very bitter. Yulk...but if it'll do the work I'm gonna go through with it. But me I'm not a size 10 o. I'm just doing it for weight loss.

DeleteAnother therapy for flat tummy n overall fitness....wash bitterleaf n paw paw leaves in adequate quantity,then extract the juice. Blend ginger n sieve the juice into the bitterleaf n pawpaw juice. Store in the refrigerator. Take at least three glasses a day. It will cause a lot of peeing,facilitate bowel movement,expel fat n worms n leave you feeling light,trim n healthy. My tommy is as flat as a washboard despite what I eat.

DeleteI have a few tips for bvs who'd like to shed weight naturally, it works wonders.. Results will be achieved after one month, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't watch what they eat after attaining their desired results.
DeleteHere is the Recipe;
CUT up 2 whole (moderate sized) fresh ginger roots and 3 fresh lemons (all with skin on), boil for 10 minutes (4 on high heat, 6 on low heat or you may put. 1 litre of water on the fire to boil, then pour ur cut ingredients into it , reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 5mins. Only).
Do this in the evening.
Leave overnight in the pot. Strain (pour through a sieve into a jug or bottle) in the morning to fill 4 glasses or 1 litre( 2 satchets of pure water will do)... drink all through the day. Do this everyday for a month. Note: This gets rid of tummy fat, nothing to do with your stomach muscles....
If you take this information seriously, you would sure be glad you did!
