 I had about 40 missed call from someone two weeks ago.He said he got my
number from online and kept calling until I screamed at him that i was sending his number to SSS and EFCC.

 IT WORKED!

      "Toasters" r all guilty of this..as if u'll forget them if they dont disturb ur run ur ba3 down....remembered one in my year 2 days....just 1 drink...i had just 1 drink wit this guy and he claimed he was in love...(Sorry i dont believe in love at first sight......it's just not pratical.....attraction, lust maybe bt not love)))....woke me up 5:30am everyday even on saturdays......singing..." I want to be the first person to talk to u".....I beg u???...if i dnt pick, he'll keep calling......one day i called my neighour and showed him my fone...50missed calls in less than an hr......na e that one provoke pass me...even when i cursed and threatened....he said d more i cursed him, the more he falls in love....shuo........i just put my fone on silent till he fell out of love......I cant be a muse to his madness biko..

    I had 2 toasters like that...its crazy. .they can give me 20 missed calls in 5mins. .and it was so annoying. Like seriously who does that?

      Some pple dat call like dat do it intentionally,:its wickedness infact!like forcing u to pick even if u don't want to!i HATE it.wenever I see such calls,i don't return dem amongst others,and if dat person venture call back is to calmly warn him/her not to ever call my pone like dat again!ah ah!the worst category are d ones dat call u like dat just to greet!#faints out of frustration#

    Like seriously I can't for the life of me understand why people do that.
    If I happen to call someone once and you don't pick,I give 20-30mins interval and then call back. If the person still doesn't pick, I don't call again cos already I know the person would have seen the missed calls so its up to him/her to call me back.
    Some times I intentionally don't pick calls,maybe I'm eating, or seeing a movie I don't want to pause, or I just don't wanna talk..but it amazes me that the person will keep calling and calling.like why 5missed calls when I have seen the first missed call?

    The only person I call 10 times in a second is my mum, cos she's always never with her phone.half of the time, she can't remember where she dropped it. So I'd call and call and call till she hears the phone ring..Lol
    And sometimes my elder sis too, cos she 'll always say the phone was in her handbag and she didn't hear it ring..

      @ ur second paragraph, what if the person you called has kids that plays with her/his phone?

      Once these kids pick up the phone, they just press "dismiss" that shows beneath the missed call notification and then they proceed to play games on the device.

      Now they are done and drops the phone, and then the "missed call" notification is no longer on the screen . Thus, the person never got to know you called.

      Sometimes it's not all white and black. It may a touch of blue. Lol.

    I guess putting his number here helped me cos he had not call me since last week Wednesday.
    I don't want to start dancing yet because when he started there were days(highest one week ) interval he won't call.

    When someone calls incessantly within minutes, it could be-

    *call for help
    *emergency
    *urgent attention
    * needing quick response to an important matter.

    Never disregard a continuous call within a time frame except you already know the person is an irritant. Even at that, pick up, listen for a few seconds, and if indeed its a meaningless call , then 'use brain discharge the caller'

    You only ignore a call when you are not close to your phone or driving or extremely busy or not permitted to use your phone within the area/location.

      Of which you will never reply to especially when it's "his/her usual stupid talk" but at least u get d reason why he/she is calling.

      I say this because sometimes that "pest" maybe in some serious life threatening trouble but because we've categorized him/her as one, we fail to help and prolly blame ourselves when it's too late.
