Saturday Morning Breakfast.

What are you having today?A Radical or a balanced diet meal?..





I am having a glass of hot chocolate this morning...I still have a hangover from the small Champagne i had Yesterday Morning.....

I wish i had Catfish peppersoup with yam inside it......I will get that later in the day but for now...hot choc will do.

What bout you?

You get a hangover from HARD drinking booze! 7 bottles of bear above,2 bottles of whisky,mixing plenty wine with plenty beer.Any body agree?   11. Hot yam and palm oil which has melted inside the yam, pepper soup with assorted meat (shaki,kidney,liver,chicken,roundabout etc) topping it with cold Sprite. Live here from warri. It is good to be home with family. The weather is hot though, Kai.

  33. I'm having apples and bananas. Iv gained weight as of late, I hate fat. Don't have anything against fat people o, but being fat doesn't suit my body structure. Anything after a uk size 12 ain't for me. I need to constantly watch my weight, it's like if I eat bad for like 2/3 days you immediately see it on my body.

    I did something crazy, I added garlic to my french toast.didn't really turn out good, but not bad either.
    It Came out very soggy..but I ate it like that.
