Saturday ....NO Breakfast Day.

I hope you havent eaten already? if not,then good.

Abeg make diet today and  leave food for Lawma.





About last night?I had too much to eat so i am opting out of eating this morning...will take a cold glass of juice and watch them eat.....i hope i can keep this up and frown at the omelette and baked beans..lol

Those of you who eat left over from Yesterday as breakfast,na wah oh...cant you kip it till Lunchtime and eat something lighter.

Some people will come here now to say that just ate Jollof rice and goat meat and washed it down with a cold glass of palm wine

Am off..work continues after breakfast time.....

  7. okro soup with smoked fish,tiny-scliced pomo,goat meat,stock fish,azu mangala,lots of snail and periwinkle with oporo crayfish just dey hungry me.The soup has to be thick oo and the 'ugu' has to be onu ugu,half done...And the fufu has to be very soft and hot..I loooove food.no pretence.*LICKS LIPS*

    4. Dewy and Kingrex, it turned out really nice. Though the coconut had already started going bad, maybe that's why it didn't have much oil so I still added a little veggie oil. I used tatase n fresh tomatoes to make it red and plenty onions and crayfish. Maybe you should use more than one coconut for better results.

    1. @ Dewdrop, ekuru is basically moi-moi but without pepper, oil or salt, it is served with hot pepper sauce with orishirishi fried with palm oil.

    1. Cynthia thanks so much for your prayers upon our families. I appreciate. Not easy but God is making it easy somehow.

      For Valentine.... Hmmmm. I don't usually 'narrate' private issues like that because my in laws are Bvs too. But for this year, I had to take my kids to some special place for some 3 hrs of mad fun though I couldn't participate, just observing because I'm still trying to obey the laws of nature. DH is far from here for now. I'm still on this blog, very much so.

    Ate boiled yam and fried egg plus my regular black coffee.

    I get excited, as in clap-your-hands-excited just perceiving the aroma of coffee. :)
