ReplyDeleteAlso, nothing in th video tied the person making the claim to be the APC candidate, could be an agent but could not (or is it should not) have been the candidate as candidates are not allowed in collation centres.
The exchange is about money, but money for what? The guy didn't say it was for election rigging, neither did he say he was for dowry. Therefore, making an assumption that it was for election rigging is clearly deceitful.
