Attention Abia State Governor - Serious Cult War On Going In Abia State University (ABSU)

I am just recovering from shock and my hands are shaking as i type.....I am staring at the pictures of two young men whose heads were dismembered from their bodies early this morning in an ongoing cult war at the Abia state University.....The heads are lying close to their bloodied body which has DEEP cutlass or axe cuts all over.

The looks on the dismembered heads is shock, yes shock because they were attacked unaware in their hostel.

According to what happened, last weeks,A young man was killed in cold blood in school and was buried yesterday, seems his friends decided to retaliate and they did so this morning.......OMG,what is going on?How will these parents feel seeing the headless corpses of their Children?Who sent them to school to become killers?

Please read the report accompanying the photos,I CANNOT post the pictures because they are too horrible to stare at...HORRIBLE.
Please if you are pregnant or TTC-ing and you run into these photos,FLIP OVER.

''Hi Stella,
I am one of your ardent BVN. Please kindly use your blog to call out the attention of Abia state government to step into urgent cult crisis in our University "Absu".
Cult crisis has been going on in our university for the past years unfortunately our state government has turned a blind eye into the issue. A week ago a top cult member called Collins Kalu aka "biggy"  was killed (picture attached) and burial took place yesterday. Last night his cult members came to retaliate, they beheaded two students alive (attached are gruesome pictures of the students killed last night). Please send an SOS message to Abia state government and the federal government to step into the issue. It is a shame the government and police are have not done anything about this before it degenerated into this. The Army steps into the situation sometimes but more needs to be done to eradicate cultism in our University.

I am shaking as i write this, we are all scared in school, please HELP''.

THOSE PICTURES ARE SO GRUESOME..OMG!!!

Seeing stuffs like this reminds me of my carelesness back in school which was overpowered by God's Grace. Tnk You Jesus for your mercy, loving kindness and Abundant Grace. Amen

    9. Anon 1.35, dyu know why those boys were immortalized? It's simply cos the people have aluu made them heroes instead of villains. If only they had handled them over to the people in authority to be investigated accordingly, we would prolly be singing a different tune now. So blame those barbaric idiots that have decided to make them look innocent in the eyes of d world by carrying out those barbaric acts on them. So yes, my sympathies will always be with d aluu 4, may they continue to rest in peace.

As most of the cult members of yesterday are the politicians of today. RIP. Dem send una go school, una go de join cult. 23. U see one disadvantage in all these conventional uniz.. A child will leave his/her parents home all in the name of going to school "and it all ends there" parents never knw their childrens activity in school for the next 5-6mnths, and doesn't even bother to knw.. Too bad...!

Boys will go and become "cultis"t, the girls will go and become "runsgirls" " be living daddy and mummy life in school, be aborting little stars anyhow! Commiting infanticide!

Hence, this is the major reason I prefer "ODL" "open and distance learning education". A School like "Noun" National open university of Nig is really doing a great job in our community today, not just ensuring a reliable platform of education to any level, also gives hope of education to the hopeless.. "Work and learn". And also to some extent, helps parents put a check on their children.. For the much younger ones

Lol hey! You think you are mature or big, you don't need an extra on? You think you know and posses what it takes to survive out there? Well am sorry to tell you that you don't one.. "For the young youths"

A cousin of mine died at age 19 as no1 cultist in his group.. Jst bcos his mum as a bank manager nevr knew his activity in school, weh she did it was late..

So for those of you that thinks you must spend 4-5-6 years of your live in a campus befor getting a quality education.. You lie! Mind you, am not saying living in the campus is bad idea, not everybody should be in the campus, depending on their kinds of attitude and morals...parents take note, you concieved that baby for 9months, you bore the baby, you lived the baby, so u knw ur child quite well! U should know if ur child is responsible enough to leave ur sight to another land..if not don't loose sight of ur child..

So the blame in on the parents..

    4. What of my family friend who's father enrolled her in unilag and gave her a driver to take her to school every morning and pick her up? She was in UI after one year he removed her and enrolled her in uni lag to 'monitor' her. *yimu* She dey still do her waka if she like. This is a girl who had EVERYTHING! So my dear, even children under your nose can still do what they wish. You cant monitor a child in this era if cellphone and social media. You can't tell who they associate with. Some children are juSt bad from within. The moment you start to criticise other people's methods of parenting, that's the beginning of your own parenting wahala. I have NEVER seen anyone who crtiticized a fellow parent that ended up with better kids.

It is advisable to just pray for wisdom for all parents. You don't know the shoes they are wearing and where it pinches. I was in uni, amidst stressful conditions. My parents would only send my rents and I was in the south they were in lagos. They never knew where I lived who I mingled with. Same for my siblings. Just phone calls and text messages every now and then. But you know what? It made me tough. It made us very tough. Being children who were shielded from everything while growing up, I appreciate that experience. I learnt betrayal, I learnt that everyone ans everything isn't always as they/it seem(s), i learnt street sense, i learnt to not take certain people and their remarks seriously, I grew a tough skin and a fighting spirit, I learnt to fight for what I want and nor let people bully me. I moved from a cry baby to a warrior. All my friends who's parents were petting them, they are still waiting on daddy for everything while I have moved on since. And the same goes for my siblings. We didn't join cult and we all graduated in peace. I NEVER attended any school event/ show/ awards/ concerts, or had any school boyfriend. Stop condemning parents when children go wrong. Not all parents are at fault.

Some children are just bad and stubborn and nothing you do will shield them from that lifestyle that they want to live. Good or bad parenting isn't 1+1. It depends on the mindset of the child. That's why we should always pray for our kids for God to show them mercy cos only He knows what they do when we don't.

    6. @chikito,God bless you for that reply....people will be talking like they ain't got no sense.I too went to a Nigerian university where I lived alone,I grew up by force, and I knew what I wanted so I went for it.some children live with their parents on campus and still end up being bad,in the end its all about choices, knowing what you want, going for it and living with the consequence. Cultist make their choice, runs girl's make their choice.

  28. This has nothing to do with the Abia state govt... Let parents bring up their children in and with good morals.. Will the Abia state govt or the FG keep doing looking into the issue? Wen parents with the ideal mandate and mantle from God has failed.. So if the Govt puts out his official time to creat infracstructure, ammenities, job oppoetunities and all other sundries for the betterment of the society.. It should still help parents give their children good morals abi?

Well my school of thought on this is " don't blame the govt but the parents. cos if u dnt caution them, they will end up creating a wild life filled with hyenas...

Am sure we knw wat our population would be like in the year 2050.. And am sure we knw the outcom of that... SO PARENTS DO YOUR JOB! And leave the Govt out of this!

  30. The boss of this blog. Come and see your brothers oooooo.

    Killers!!!! All of them.

    ReplyDelete
  31. In most cases, it's the parents of these wayward children that are to blame.

Your child gains admission into uni. You don't check up on them. You don't admonish or advice them. When they come back home, you don't care to know how they're doing in school, if they have problems academically or otherwise, or the kinds of friends they keep.

I've heard cases of cultists who keep their kaya, under their parents' roof.

My own be say, as long as they're killing each other, na their cup of kunu.

They should not involve innocent souls in their silly cult wars.

I remember how hot EBSU was, before 2008. ABSU's cultism story seriously pales in comparism.

Thanks to Prof. Idike, nobody born you well to talk about or publicly indulge in cult activities, till date.

I think they need a very strict VC, to make that institution unbearable for them.

I don't understand what they even stand to gain, by all these.

Funny enough, most of them who are lucky to graduate without being killed, still get cut down in their prime, by members of a rival cult in the future, sometimes, when they're even married with kids.

It's said that as long as you'd taken a life as a cultist, there's every tendency that yours will be taken.

    Na dem sabi abeg.

He who wan dey useful go dey useful, no matter the pressure.

And again, if you're an undergraduate or whatever, dating a guy in uni, and you know or suspect that he's a cultist, or is involved in shady activities, biko, for the sake of your life, drop him like he's hot. Even if you're just platonic friends.

That's one of the things my sweetheart dad did not stop talking about throughout my days in uni.

The day they'll look for him and don't see him, or jump through his window and meet you there, it's RIP for you.

    O gwula ka oha m n'onu.

They still depend on their parents and do whatever they like. When I was doing my small business in uni, friends were laughing at me for wasting time. Cos they didn't see the point. But abroad, you hardly see an average uni student without a part time job. And you still have to make your grades without cheating. You go responsible by force. I still maintain that some children are juSt bad. Shikena!

I personally did a Thanksgiving service after graduating from ABSU because of what I saw during the period of my study. What is even more disheartening is that these misguided fellow that engage in cultism ends up occupying seats of power in the country, hence the reason political posts are always tug of war. Please mother's let's do our best in raising our boys! Too much focus preparing the female child to be ideal for a man leaves the male child morally bankrupt sometimes. I am so saddened because I know this is a long standing obnoxious practice in ABSU and to think it still persist is very worrying. It's about time the school administration took a strong stand against this menace.

I am so saddened because I know this is a long standing obnoxious practice in ABSU and to think it still persist is very worrying. It's about time the school administration took a strong stand against this menace.

  46. So this practice is still ongoing in ABSU! I am an alumni of that school and it's heartbreaking to hear that this useless and inhuman acts is still very much prevalent. I personally did a Thanksgiving service after graduating from ABSU because of what I saw during the period of my study. 49. Absu cultism has always been endemic! It cuts across all level of administration hence the laxity in confronting this disgusting practice. From the administrators to the lecturers to the students, non is without involvement. During my days the chief security officers was a former viking, one of my lecturers- a prof for that matter was or is a cultist. He had these misguided young students under his tutelage. I remember a particular lecturer in humanities that was also a cultist and harassed every female. What about the female cultist? Black bra, mama's and the rest..that one na another tori! This can be addressed by holding people accountable. They get away easily and it becomes business as usual that is why this thing persist. I'm disappointed that after over 15 years I left Absu, stories like this still emanate from a place that is supposed to be a citadel of learning!

  53. The parents here are being focused on to blame. It may not be their fault in some cases. I know of my neighbour's son that cultist pressurised to join them. They so much disturbed him that he had no choice but to leave the school in 300l to start afresh in a private university.

He had to start afresh somewhere else because his parents could afford it. He also didn't join them with all that pressure because he was trained well from home and so he managed to against all odds resist the pressure.

I pray that a very strong VC is employed to salvage the situation because the pictures I saw were very horrible. May God save us from us.

  56. BF the most Peaceful, most intelligent, and the
most successful confraternity , they are wise
president that rule the world. Thomas Sankara
remain the best president in the world, he is the
Che Guvera of Africa. And the members of
Burkinafaso confra always have the best
certificate in school, they believe that only the
members that have become successful are
known to be rugged, that means be rugged in
having your dreams come true, they are very free
with everybody, but they fight against oppression
and intimidation, there is no illiterate in BF, they
are the best confra that render love and selfless.
In life, people are judge and known for the things
they do, some are known to be a terrorist, while
some are known to be good example to others,
like our great revolution father, Thomas Sankara
of Burkinafaso, During his 4 year rule, school
attendance leaped from 6% to 22%, some 2.5
million children were vaccinated and thousands
of health centres opened. Housing, road and
railway building projects got under way and 10
million trees were planted. Sankara declared war
on corruption and embraced personal austerity,
paying himself a salary of $450 a month, slashing
the wages of his top officials and forbidding the
use of chauffeur-driven Mercedes and first class
airline tickets by his ministers and senior civil
servants. He refused to have his picture
displayed in public buildings, still a rare thing in
the Africa of 2015, and was staunchly opposed
foreign aid, declaring: “He who feeds you,
    controls you.”
Under Sankara the government also prioritised
gender quality, working towards the end of
female genital mutilation, forced marriages and
polygamy. Sankara is still much revered across
Africa today. Writing in South Africa’s Sowetan
newspaper in 2011, radical commentator Andile
Mngxitama said: “Sankara is even more
important than giants of the last century like
Steve Biko and Robert Sobukwe. Sankara used
power to serve the people. We don’t know what
Biko and Sobukwe would have done with power.
And what Nelson Mandela and the ANC have
done with power is not pretty. But Sankara was
in power long enough to make enemies and sow
doubts about his political philosophy. He set up
“revolutionary people’s tribunals” to try former
public officials charged with political crimes, and
stripped traditional chiefs of their rights and
privileges. Opposition parties and unions were
banned and media freedoms curtailed. Striking
teachers were fired and replaced by young
people with no experience. I am saying this to let
all viewers understand that the Burkinafaso
confraternity are UPRIGHT MEN, fighting for their
right.. And they are qualify to be a good Leader
like our revolution father Thomas Sankara..
Atabor to all sons of Thomas Sankara.
