A building is on fire beside Standard chartered bank, not too far from falomo round about, Awolowo, Ikoyi and federal fire service is on that same road but they refuse to show up....''

  7. the Bv that sent this news, you said "you just passed" and later you mentioned "and the fire service people have refused to show up"...what if they showed up after you left?..i don't get it? you did not remain in the scene afterwards and so cannot decide whether they refused to show up or not.
