Today,INEC issued Dr. Uche Ogah a Certificate of Return by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) but the state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu released a statement insisting that he remains the governor pending the resolution of his appeal against the ruling by the appellant courts.
