  6. Lol. Tummy tight underneath to pack every every and the way she's tucking in her tummy so badly. In all, flat tummy ti take over. See hashtags on top flat tummy. Hhmmm. Pregnancy and motherhood rocks, body changes to its original form in a gradual process. Doesn't happen magically.

    1. Looking good after pregnancy isn't easy. I'm on waist trainers at least for 14hrs everyday and it isn't easy but thank God for the amazing result I have. I'm almost back to my size before pregnancy. 7 more kg to go. 23kg already lost within a month since I gave birth..

    2. How did you lose 23kg within a month?

    3. @Fab mum, please how soon after delivery did you start wearing your waist trainer and what other things did you do to lose the baby weight? By God's special grace,i'm about to be a mum but so scared of pilling on the pounds as i know its going to be very hard work losing it. Please help a sister. Thanks ☺

  16. Let her try the hot water pressing therapy for just 41 days, its rare to see a yoruba woman with big tummy after childbirth. I wonder why other tribes dnt practice it. The result is always wonderful even after many pregnancies. Just saying#
