#StyleAndLuxury Was Lit! Check Out The Fab Beauty Highlights HERE"

They came, we saw and together we conquered!

In serious epic fashion, Imperial Leather and Canoe Laundry literally took over my university, the University of Lagos (UNILAG) campus this week with what was possibly the most glamorous beauty and style event I’ve seen in a while.  It all went down at Afe Babalola Hall and everyone that is anyone was on deck to experience what was breathtakingly fantastic.

From pampering sessions to a fabulous beauty pageant, my friends and I were treated like queens and taught to strut the catwalk like them too.

Day 1

So Day 1 of the event started off quite nice and chilled. After buying an Imperial Leather and Canoe bundle pack, we were led down a beautiful blue carpet down to the entrance of the Luxury Lounge. It was amazing to see the space outside transformed to an all-white experience lounge; white sofas, white tables and even personnel dressed in white. We were given fancy manicures and pedicures while we sipped on delicious cocktails. There were makeup artists available for a full face beat too! Not bad at all.

Day 2

The catwalk event was up next, with ladies from my school going head to head for the title of Face of Luxury. With 100K up for grabs, everyone knew they had to bring their A game on. It definitely helped that they had stunning makeup art to bring out their inner divas, courtesy of Maybelline.
There were two main Walk The Runway rounds - the first was a model strut in white Face of Luxury tees, and the second in gorgeous Da Viva prints. The girls were amazing, but only one could become the Face of Luxury.

Day 3
I was very curious to find out who the face of luxury in my school would be; but I was happily distracted by a cute bartender in the lounge LOL. The 20 contestants from yesterday were getting dolled up again and changing into their Da Viva outfits, so while we waited, I decided to get my face beat too.  Soon after we entered Afe Babalola hall to complete the pageant and crown the winner. The 2nd runner-up, Ms. Eseosa Bello Osagie walked away with N50,000, the first runner-up, Ms. Irene Ezemalu walked away with N75,000 and The Face of Luxury, Ms. Irene Ajayi got N100,000. Nice! What’s even nicer is she’s also going to be a brand ambassador for Imperial Leather and Canoe Laundry on campus!

Uniport, the #StyleAndLuxury train is coming to your school today! Get pampered after classes, with a mani-pedi while you sip on refreshing cocktails and of course get glammed up too!
