Switch to coconut oil next time pls.
Original coconut and palm oil are best for cooking purposes.
Olive oil for no heat cooking ie salad dressings.
Also ensure your honey is not just pure but also unprocessed to reap the full benefits. 👍🏽👍🏽

Yeah, I got the honey from a very trusted source. I don almost finish am for deep conditioning sef.

Bwahahahaha! Kwakwakwakwa! Rotflmao! Iphie, oginikwa?!! Aswear, I had to keep my device aside for some moments, to laugh hysterically.

Go natural already. Stop fighting it. Even your hair is tired of being relaxed..lmao!
Yeah, of course. You can still braid and install weaves. You can do whatever it is you want.

      Lwkmd @ bantu tantu knots.

Yet another friend of mine went natural. She was my chief antagonist then. Always complaining about my hair when it was still a baby...hehehe!
Her sister, also an unbeliever, got converted last year, but she was still unmoved.

Three weeks ago, she goes, 'Guess what? Your prophecy has come to pass. I decided to go natural last night. How do I proceed?'

That's how I walked her through transitioning. Few days later, she came again. That she didn't like the brown tips peeking out. That is how we took this hair down to only coily strands.

Yesterday, she showed me her shrinkage, with a lot of excitement... *sighs happily*

Next convert; Ivory. Whether you want to believe it or not, babe, you go soon join me. * side eyes *

Iphie nwannem, biko to do. You should. You can. You'd love the versatility.

      Whirlwind

      Delete
    6. Lmao, Iphie.

When your hair is properly moisturized, combing it with THE RIGHT COMBS, won't be a problem. I mean, that's the hair you came to the world with. There's no how it would be too stubborn for its own scalp to handle. ;)
I rarely comb my hair sha, except I want to rock a round perfect 'fro. That's because I usually style them, so I'd just detangle thoroughly with my fingers on wash days, and keep them tamed, usually in chunky twists, so i won't need to comb them. Then whatever style I want to go for, I'll just untwist section by section and do it.

You can look for a Denman brush though, if you want to be combing often. Anyway, chill make I no confuse you. When you decide to, we'll take it from there.

Plus there's the option of wigging and scarfing...hehehe!

Chikito, Amanda et al,ndi natural hair ibem, abi una dey see this? * side eyes *

I had fresh whole yogurt with pomegranate with a cup of warm whole milk and little from my son's fresh fruit cream.

I'll be eating eggplant prepared with turkey and gizzard with gluten free rice later.

All you saying that I'm always lying about the food i eat or intend eating, so, because some of you are sad, miserable and deceptive in your ways; you think others are like you.
Even though I'm not a social media freak, i am on Instagram and usually post few pictures from the food i make from my kitchen. I don't need validation from any of you. (No, i will not release my Instagram handle to anyone, cos, i don't want to be stalked by faceless internet warriors.)
From the few pictures i post once in a while, i have recieved offers from around the globes, two offers from the States, two from other European countries and one from my husband's country. I rejected the offers because i don't have that time yet. That part of me is not ready yet.
When/if i finally make up my mind to do something, i will find a good writter to help me write a cook book.
