This should be good and if not,we dump it..lol

Send in your stories if you have any!

Hi  Stella.

I met my woman when I was 23yrs while she was younger and we were both planning to school abroad. While we were trying to raise funds she got pregnant and we decided to keep the baby though she wasn't too ok with it and I don't want to be involve in killing an innocent child o.

E no easy at all as I would stay awake every night when the contraction starts and I was very close to her due to my part time job which a family friend offered me after I had my certificate in flight ticketing and reservations and there was no job too, we stayed with my parents  and I was busy struggling as a father to be.

She got registered for antenatal , na so all the nurse and women be give me a nickname o,(the only man wey dey attend antenatal class). Each time my woman be get contraction, she go call me to calm my baby for womb, anytime I rub her tummy the baby go stay calm.

Fastforward to the day she delivered o, she was having this big contraction and she went to the pee, na so my woman see wetin she be dey read online sey blood go drop when the baby is coming, I just heard her scream my name bae the baby is coming o , come and see blood, na so the sleep Wey dey my body just disappear sharp sharp and it was 5am that day, I got dressed like person wey something dey chase , called out to my mum and she got up.

We set out to the hospital and she was just in pains ,requesting  for a seat every minute. We got to the vigilante men and they stopped us but immediately them be see madam in pain, they allowed us go. We got to the hospital gate and we were allowed into the premises, all the nurse no help matter  only the one wey I dey always they drop pocket money for each time we go for antenatal.

Mum was scared because she lost my late elder sister during childbirth at that same hospital some years before I took my woman to the hospital, she was in fears and praying.

Finally they got her into the labor room, see where my woman fall my hand, push she no gree push begin dey ask for induce,I got into the  labor room as well.  thank God for one short nurse wey climb her tummy begin dey push o, the baby was out finally after the water don burst and lots of issues sha, the Baby was big and weak.

One big nurse just picked the baby and threw her to bed begin they beat am o, sey the baby must cry vex Don dey my body becos of that. The nurses begin to dey hail me for being a man in the labor room o sey e be get one man wey faint immediately he saw the baby head an blood when him wife dey labor.

I'm daughter's best friend, I back my daughter no be small, spoonfed, change pampers no be small, na Huggies we be use for her. We be dey buy Nan cereals every 3days cos her mum couldn't breastfeed for long becos we had to use to breast pump to  pump milk. Now she's 4yrs plus, daddy's girl. I want to thank God for his mercies sha, me and my woman separated for a while due to family issues.

we are doing good afterward but trusting God for breakthrough and mercy becos e no easy oo.. I know God has a perfect plan for me,wifey and daughter. I will be adding another year this month and I'm grateful to God as we go through our tough times. I'm enjoying Stella's blog, carry on madam stella toh strong and beautiful

    3. Please, anyone sending in their labour room experience should be write it clearly in English andd not pidgin pls!

I developed headache while reading this, also found it hard reading smoothly!

In the name of trying to sound funny, it made the story difficult to read!

U can still be funny even if u write in plain English!

      Delete
    3. How will a trained nurse climb a tummy???. Does she want to kill the baby? Dumbfounded.!!!!

As for beating the baby. Its normal for a baby that doesn't cry immediately after birth. Its just a way to make d child cry.so that the lung can open up Nd it works most times
