  3. Facing the Meme alone and not the story beneath it- I believe that there can't be morality without religion as empathy alone is not a sufficient objective standard for morality. People lose their empathy when faced with dire situations but seem to hold on to their God to keep to their moral standards. There is a need for a believe in God as the moral standard if one must keep to morality

  8. Man was designed in such a way that he needs to believe in something grander than himself to find the reason to live. This can not be done without sacrifice for the foundation of morality is sacrifice.

  10. @nicky onikan, go back and read what you wrote because it doesn't make sense. How can you say people lose their empathy when faced with dire situation but hold on to their God to keep moral standards.
My dear, God is not a religion. You didn't understand the message he was trying to pass across.
My parents were not Christians when I was a kid but they taught me good morales. They taught me how to respect my elders, how to dress, how to love my neighbour and see everybody as my siblings.
I am a Christian now but I hold in high esteem what my parents taught me. I cant dress in an indecent manner because it is morally wrong. I also cant date a married man because it is wrong too.
These days, the so called Christians are the ones flaunting their bodies all over the internet; ladies no longer have value for themselves. People no longer see the wrong things anymore. A lady can walk half naked on the streets and people will hail her that she's sexy. Too bad!

    1. Hey Anon, there is nothing wrong with walking around naked, God created us naked, clothes are man made. Some communities still cover only thr privates with leaves.
