Snooping Through A Phone

I am about to piss you off with this couch session.....Find it in your heart to forgive what you are about to read and please argue your point constructively...

Having a snoop through your partner's phone or emails can be tempting - but is it the right thing to do?

A Lot of people argue that their relationships and Marriages were saved as a result of snooping...EXCUSE ME?..That is Bollock!

A couple who make up after a snoop never remain the same...Have you noticed that?
So now i ask, would you rather snoop in the quest to want to know or will you forget their phones exists and continue blinded by love?

Note that I am one of those people who belongs to school of thought that does not believe in Snooping or being snooped on..Fine,you use your partners phone but why snoop?..Note that i said you can use your partners phone but not to Violate their privacy because you are married to them....

Some people even snoop through friend's phones...what are you looking for dammit!

Yes cuss me out if you want but i sit on my opinion sipping a cuppa.

Are you team snoop?what are the advantages? huh?

  1. If you are that prayerful, then you don't need to snoop. After reading about snooping here,I started engaging in it for no reason until the holyspirit warned me about it. He said I should let Him(holyspirit) to watch my back for me than to bother my pretty head. Since then I stopped worrying my self knowing that the holyspirit has got my back.

  7. Sometimes it is good to snoop bcs it makes u knw what u are into. That was how one married man was lieing to me, making belive he was single to the extent of even promising marriage. that was hw I snooped tru his phone n found out that he was married wt two kids. A Similar incident happened btw me and one other guy. I was online so i decided to chk him out on fbk,i opened his wall bt couldn't find anything incriminating. However,I noticed he was tagged on a post by one lady, who I later discovered was his lovely wedded wife. I went to the lady's wall out of curiosity, lo and behold, only fr me to see their wedding pic together. I was really shocked.so if i hadn't snopped I wouldn't ave known he was married. The only consolation I have,is that I never got intimate wt any of them. if not, by now I would ave been singing a new sing.

  10. If I don't snoop, then I don't love you. And when I love you and you do the same, our phones shouldn't have any restrictions.
You can't tell me you love me and lock your phone with password. Mbanu!!!

Life is supposed to be easy but we human complicate things, I loved this man with my body and soul and he hurt me real bad, I know my wish for him is so wrong, God please forgive me but I have never ever cheated on him or cause him harm and I pray for this man more than I pray for myself, all that is in the past now. Last week, I just decided to call the whole thing off when I saw a message from a babe praying for him and saying he's the answer to her prayer and happiness.... Couldnt deal anymore...

  27. I am team snoop. The reason I snoop is for my safety. Thank God I have not found anything incriminating. If I catch my husband cheating, I will not divorce him since he is very comfortable. I will just protect myself against stds. I want to live to take care of these children God gave me. I will emotionally detach myself from him and do whatever makes me happy.

The man who beat his wife for insulting his sidechick, you are a very lucky man to have such a cool wife. If you try that with someone like me, you wont live to type this trash you just typed.

  30. @Sexiest mother, am more angry than you. Some comments here as so dumb. Which one is the woman should pray? If it where they other way round, will the man pray?
I just saw a couple now, they have been married for 7 years; they man has been taking ART for about 3 years now in our facility (but the wife didn't know). The wife just tested positive to the virus and she is 18weeks gone in her pregnancy. I She has been crying, cursing the husband, saying how promiscuous the he- goat is.
When I read comments like "pray, War room etc", I get so pissed.
So, women (and men) I advocate coded snooping always. I have seen and learnt a whole lot about life since I started working in this facility.

  32. I was a strong team snoop member...but now I don't snoop. I realised that the reason I had the urge to check his phone was to safeguard our marriage...and oh! I did see things anytime I snooped...I was afraid to lose him to another woman and all that and wl always cause kasala so his relationships don't take root...but one day while praying for God to change him, God changed me instead...I suddenly had no fear of losing him and still don't have...I live my life by the day,if he comes back early fine, if he doesn't, still fine...I don't ask questions or frown at his late coming...I realise that God is all I need to live a successful life, not husband...I also tell myself that "it is in vain that a night watch stays awake if it isn't God who watches over a city"...so my snooping and over protective instincts is useless if the man doesn't want to be wt me,it takes two to tango...I have been deeply hurt repeatedly that is even ran out of forgiveness but now I look at my husband wt love and love him in spite of it all...it reminds me of God's love for me even when I do not merit it...don't know if dh is now faithful, am in a good place...all my insecurities are gone and am a better person than I was.

My friend was in a relationship with guy who works with oil company, good ride, beautiful house et el.She noticed whenever he receives a particular call,he talks like a girl,he will change voice, make hand gestures. She asked him who he is talking to and he said his friend abroad. She snooped and found out the friend has been sending him naked pictures of his dick, they talk dirty,he sends dollars to naija, gifts etc.She confronted him with evidence and he said his friend was having issues with the wife so he's trying to settle them that is why the guy sent the naked pictures😒😒When she opened fire for him,he confessed to being bisexual and was begging her cos they were alredy talking of introduction. She quit the relationship. The reason for my epistle is if she didn't snoop, she would have married a rich gay man & send chronicle to Stella.I don't snoop,we both use same password on our phones & email address
but if you suspect anything,go ahead and snoop especially in marriage. What is privacy in marriage?who privacy epp?

  38. I trust my hubby and we don't password or lock our phones. I noticed someone was always chatting with him and he would be serious about it sometimes ago. I checked his phone and noticed it was a lady and I didn't know her. I copied her number and called her the next day that I had a gift for her from someone to get her address...to cut the long story I threatened her and she got scared. Later found out she wasn't a side chick but was my hubby's colleagues' friend. And was very fond of begging for money from all of them. Hubby later confessed he was happy I threatened her cos she stopped pestering him for money. We need to be our brother's keeper so atimes it's good to do a little detective work to protect out territory

I will snoop if I suspect foul play.
But when I snoop, maybe a friend's phone, honestly, I don't even react. It's as if I saw nothing.
Maybe because I just love Amebo.
But snooping helps to save you a lot.

If your hubby or BF is kpanshing another person and you snoop and now tell him he must use condom, is it bad? Abeg Jor, there's nothing wrong in snooping, you just have to be wise about it just as one should be wise about every other thing.

  48. Oh my goodness, I have a friend with this mindset. When she was getting married, I warned her against her boyfriend's ( now husband's) Arrogant tendencies and he said she like a 'commanding' man. Well, the man psychologically and emotionally abused her for years, sleeping around like a dog, calling her names, ordering her around, constant,y belittling her .....consistently

She's moved out a coup,e of times. We are not in the same town anymore so she keeps hiding it from me each time.
Infact one time she cheated back at him and all hell broke loose.....last I saw her, you could see how miserable she is in a big house but totally demeaned by a man. Now she wishes she can turn back the hands of time.

I keep talking about the HIV stats in this country, you guys think it's a joke. Most women are infected by their husbands and they never tell them...till the women die and the man remarries and the cycle continues.

My husband gave me his password as soon as we started dating. And his phones are never hidden. His heart doesn't jump when i use it. I dont password my fone. I dont hv the patience to start putting password everytime.

  54. I call it 'checking up on him' not snooping.
I see some things that will make me angry but next minute I m over it. I see some things that will make me laugh and say to myself 'idiot'. Generally, it makes me know who he is outside the marriage and most times they r not issues to be bothered about.

'Check up' on your spouse and save yourself future heartache!

  56. Una morning oh. In all I've read here I haven't seen anyone saying they are trusting in God only trusting in themselves.most of you that think you are married because u did traditional and church wedding are not married in the eyes of God oh, just know that. You people are still fornicating and only married in the legal sence of the world and not of God. God is a spirit and everything we do with him must be in the spirit not carnal mind or flesh. He made man and woman to become one flesh and one spirit, he made a particular man for a particular woman to become that one spirit not anybody who decides to settle with any other person and think as we get married we are now one. The marriage is first spiritual and it's only God that can marry your spirit as one because God's spirit is one through the trinity likewise the people he predestined together he makes one spirit in Christ. the truth is if u are married according to God's will then you and your husband will be saved automatically because you are one spirit not two, this is part of mystery behind marriage. So most of you claiming to have saved your marriage by yourself, truly itis yours not God's because if it is God's you won't be doing his job for him because you can never be able to. I advise those who know Christ to go and pray and ask him if they are actually in the right marriage according to his will ( that's if they did not ask before getting married) before it is too late. The truth is God does not repent of his gifts so if he has gifted that man or woman to another man or woman according to his predestination then no matter how long you are married or how many kids you've had he will still give whom he gave originally. He's will always prevails not yours. So if you are married to the right man or woman both of u will be saved, bible even tells you in a right union if one is an unbeliever and the other is a believer that the one sanctifieth the other because it is the same one spirit by God. Right marriage saves not one but 2 people in one. Check yourselves or lest you u think u stand until u fall.
