  7. If I were an Autocratic leader in Nigeria I will decree a law that any adult who rapes a child from 1 month to 10 years will be sentenced to death by lethal injection. Then his body parts be sold, and the rest of it be deposited to the Anatomy department of any federal government university. Then any adult who rapes anyone between the ages of 11-17 will be sentenced to life in prison with hard labor. And anyone who rapes anyone from age 18-100 should be castrated, vasectomised then cut his hands to short sleeve and legs to knicker length. Suitable justice for the people.
