The award was given by Great Emerald Multi Services the organisers of "Queen Of Emerald Nigeria" beauty pageant, which is centred on not just beauty but raising awareness on cervical cancer used that medium to appreciate her efforts and show of love towards the fight against cancer.
She was to receive the awards at the Queen of Emerald Nigeria pageant event held on the 1st of May 2016, but,due to her tight schedules, she got it recently with one of Emerald Queens, Queen Rita Jonnah handing her the Award plaque on behalf of the organisers of "The Emerald Nigeria Awards"(TENA).
Dr Zainab is the CEO MEDICAID Cancer Foundation and Medicaid recently organised a cancer walk, Tagged: Walk Play and Learn, that attracted celebrities from all works of life in the likes of RMD, Ajoke Silver ,Francis Duru etc
