Court Frees ALL Suspects In Case Of Woman Murdered In Kano..

A Kano Magistrates’ Court on Thursday discharged all the five suspects, who allegedly killed a trader, Bridget Agbahime, 74 from Imo State in Kofar Wambai market, Kano on June 2 over allegations of blasphemy.

President Buhari had condemned the act WITH A PROMISE OF JUSTICE.

The suspects, Dauda Ahmed, Abdulmumeen Mustafa, Zubairu Abubakar, Abdullahi Abubakar and Musa Abdullahi were slammed with a four-count charge of allegedly inciting disturbance, culpable homicide, joint act and mischief.

The Chief Magistrate, Muhammad Jibril, discharged the five suspects and terminated the case as advised by the attorney-general of Kano State..

“The legal advice presented to the court, dated June 24, states that there is no case to answer as the suspects are all innocent and orders the court to discharge all the suspects.”

The counsel to the suspects, Abdulsalam Gambo, commended the attorney-general for the judgment in the case.

NAN reports that the suspects and their families expressed gratitude to God for the judgement and for their freedom. (NAN)

  28. ....discharged the five suspects and terminated the case as advised by the attorney-general of Kano State..what is the meaning of this?

If this happened during the last administration, everyone will have something to say about it. Suspected murderers and terrorists are released because of where they are from and their religion? And the southerners think they are smarter than the North? Who is fooling who? A man was arrested and jailed for writing Buhari on his dog while suspected murderers are released because the attorney general of the state gave the order.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Of course they will be freed as ABOKI that they IS...but an Igbo man names his dog Buhari, he is jailed.

Useless country, cruel, clueless & archaic ideologist of a President.

The worst president in the Nigerian history. Imagine the level of suffering, inflation and above 100% high cost of living.
