    3. Seriously, is the intention of any business not to maintain her customers while scouting for others. If they can do this to Oritsefemi, imagine what they can do people like you and i. No matter what, they shouldn't have let things escalate. The bouncer that had an altercation with Oritsefemi should have backed down and walked out on him instead of escalating issues until someone is pushed or slapped.
The question Quilox should ask his Bouncers is " is this an avoidable event? What didn't we do right? Fights can occcur in clubs but it shouldn't be between staff and customer. Quilox, you are wrong. Full stop. If you treat all your customers like this an release tape to humiliate them, no one will be there and I will see how you will survive.
Adopt civil ways of doing things. If your bouncers are that strong, why didn't they face him one man. All of you had to gang up for one person. Shame.

  15. This Quilox club is just a very stupid place.
Nigerian entrepreneurs should invest into Good CUSTOMERS service training for all members of staff. I have noticed with total disgust the very low and unprofessional level of customer service in this country.
How can it be a headline that a service provider locked a customer up within their premises to beat up the person. Someone coming to spend money in your establishment in this period of recession.
What ever caused the issue shouldn't be left to degenerate into a full blown fight.
Quilox, you have no conflic resolution team? A big club with all the money people splash there every night? Someone could have died and this is the low level of attitude display we will hear.
Services in a club is not just to serve drinks and do eye service. You must teach those Egoistic bouncers how to respect, how to speak and how to sense TROUBLE/ CONFLICT and ways to avert them.
If you want to stop someone from entering the VIP, you don't do so rudely. Find a soothing way to communicate your point. I was right there and you guys were disgusting. I am a female and dats why I didn't fight you guys that night.
Even when Ortsewhatever has confirmed the guy came for him, you still embarrassed him as if he was not going to pay for services or something. That is very Unprofessional.
The summary of what happened is that, these bouncers have inferiority complex problems and sometimes forget they are there to serve people not to act like a fake Nigerian police. Any little authority you give someone, they start acting like they are demi gods. It was just an ego clash. A clash that would have ended someone's life, a clash that was 100percent AVOIDABLE.

Most people will blame Oritsefemi because he is a star and they will generally take it that he is intimidating the bouncer meanwhile, in Naija now. Na poor people dey intimidate rich people now. If you doubt me, make Okada bash your car where it was jejely parked, in 1sec 50million okada will gather and force you to take the man to hosp, pay children fees and buy new bike for him. You dey for inside bank when e happen o.

    4. Well said!!

If you are in business to make profit, retain your customers and acquire potential customers, please help your business by sending your employees for proper customer training during induction.

Even when customers are being rude and disrespectful, you can be assertive but polite.

Do not exchange banter with your customers!!

Identify when a situation is getting out of control and manage it. You can get your manager or someone else to intervene at that point not wrestling with a customer.

In violent situations, the customer can be subdued, over powered but not beaten up.

    5. Abeg forget this epistle, why would he slap the bouncer as per what, do you think is everyone that tolerates shit? Their are policies in quilox as concerns vip stand so why would the guy want to flaunt the rule.

    6. Tush Baby: if you invest billions into a business and Dangote happens to be a customer, my dear you will even beg for the slap.
Mind you, slaps don't just come. Why didn't the bouncer walk away? Why didn't he hand over to someone else? This is business, things like this can be prevented.
If quilox shuts down tomorrow, the artiste will not starve but that bouncer will be out of job and gets slapped everyday by hunger. You cannot beat up a customer irrespective of the offence.
If you like call an MTN operator ashawo, she will dare not trade insults with you, neither will she cut the line on you. She will lose her job. These are people that understands customers service.

Why would you slap a fellow man like you or anyone for that matter, do you feed or cloth him. You are a celebrity in your pocket abeg, it doesn't give you the right to be a nonentity. Stella you for find the full video wey the beating was going down.

    1. If he culdnt stand on his own, is that the kind of person you wanna beat? Nigerians don't even think. The bouncers would have just handed him over to the police and maybe banned him from the club. Take legal action. Instead they took jungle justice.
If Oritsefemi was drunk, the law will protect him cos he is dis inhibited, the bouncers were not DRUNK, their action was pre mediated. People should think very well before doing anything.
If he goes to court and hires good lawyers, he can have that club shut down. There is every thing to prove that the club is not SAFE. If a bouncer can get stabbed, and the bouncers can descend on the people they are protecting to beat the person up, then they lack what it takes to provide a conducive and secure place for people to gather and get drunk.
The law doesn't work the way we think. There is no video of him slapping anyone, the only video here is where he was beaten up.

I have been to the clubs in UK and around Europe, NEVER have I had any encounter like this. I never give all these people any dime cos it's all about the money, they are all vultures looking for an avenue to attack you. Why won't they let his friend join him where he is. How did the problem degenerate to this show of shame.
Quilox, one day person go die for una club. Learn how to solve problems not creating it. So if is tubaba or davidoo, you will beat him up and have the effrontery to release a CCTV footage of your lapses to resolve issues.
In a sane country, your club would lose license to run and shut down. I am sure you released the footage to humiliate the guy but it is only a poor spirit that will see it that way. If I am in a club and you disrespect my wife /GF from coming to meet me, you have insulted me.
Someone came to have fun with his friends and you won't let him join them, even after identifying that he wasn't gate crashing. Tomorrow he becomes the next tubaba, you will start acting like goats. I repeat ti, one day someone will die in that club, your end is near. And it will be one of you.

What gave him the temerity to slap someone else because they did not allowed his friend to some restricted area in the club.

He deserved the beating he got, and they should make him sign an undertaking that he will pay all the bills that the bouncer he stabbed will incur treating his injuries.

    1. My dear,if you have never had an encounter with these bouncers, you won't understand. They want to touch someone at every little opportunity. One almost broke my shoulder, even when it was obvious he was causing me so much discomfort. That is because he felt he's doing me a favour or maybe he holds the key to the gate of heaven. I would have slapped him if I was drunk. Oritse??? Didn't just walk up to him to slap him, they intimidated him, they provoked him and he was already drunk. Who goes to push a man that is obviously drunk? Only a fool and dats what defines those bouncers. I don't know the artiste but I had my own share of the stu pity so I will speak for him. Quilox is a jungle. I will never step in there. Anytime I see this kinda story, I will lend a voice against them.

    2. Madam how can you say that he deserved the beating they gave to him?
This guy slapped just one person and virtually all of them descended on him and even have the nerves to release a footage,in other to humiliate him the more.
All our yeyebrities should come together and fight for this guy or else, this will become a norm.
