Queuing To Climb OJOTA Pedestrian Bridge

This is unbelievable!

THIS IS AN SDK BLOG VISITOR SITUATION REPORT.

''‎Good day Stella, I bring to your notice the sorry state of pedestrians trying to cross the Ojota bridge every morning. This morning I spent more than 25mins before I could successfully get to the other side of the road.
Attached are pictures (zoom the picture of the bridge and you would see people at a standstill on the top of the bridge''.

What is causing the standstill?

  4. Kai, they should try to make another bridge close to this one na. I think the reason for the standstill is that people are coming from both sides of the road, hence the crowd

You dare not cross the express there unless na inside KAI van you wan cross enter inside. So all man must use the bridge. Lol. Well I want to believe that bridge is strong enough to withstand the pressure on it.

    1. I doubt you're in Lagos. The express is blocked, pedestrian cannot cross over So they got no choice...

    2. The express is barricaded with barb wire. You don't have a choice but to make use of the bridge.

  9. Nigeria is one hell of a country. Rich country, poor people, what a paradox! Just imagine, go-slow on a pedestrian bridge. Nigerian leaders can't see God.

    1. The only people who refer to Lagos as Gidi or Lasgidi are the villagers who did NOT grow up in Lagos. Very annoying! How hard is it to say Lagos?

  13. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  14. Is been like this for a while now. The most annoying part is people that just alight from buses and join the queue in front rather than joining behind.

  15. Nigerians should take a chill pill
another bridge is being constructed, the only reason why its being crowded is because there is no other alternative as all links to cross have been blocked with iron barricades from Maryland down to ketu or so. this way is better as a lot of people have accidents crossing the express, they should observe patience the bridge is for our saftey.
